One or two beds provide comfort in a non-smoking room at the Seldovia Boardwalk Hotel. The rocky cliffs and lush seaside setting in Seldovia is complete with tidal pools teeming with salmon, and crystal clear lagoons streaked by the occasional kayaker. You are closer to the ultimate Alaskan vacation than any roadside destinations. From here, find your own epic fishing hole (along the shore or out deep - for salmon, halibut, rock fish, cod and more. Kayak cove to cove, walk the beaches, hike trails and bike the mountains. In town, you'll find a few local shops to get groceries, a handful of restaurants, an abundance of artists and native crafts, a few tour/fishing guide outfits and others that offer kayaking. Seldovia is a gem among small Alaskan fishing towns. While off the beaten path, it is less than an hour via ferry from Homer, and even quicker by plane. You can walk from one end to the other in about 30 minutes or rent a golf cart or bike and and realize it is a story-book setting that has something special to offer travelers.

Treehouse Too! - Cottonwood Cabins

This cabin is built adjacent to the Treehouse and up high for a great view of the field behind the property. The big picture windows make you feel like you are standing right out in the meadow. It has it's own bathroom and a comfy loft for sleeping, with a queen-sized and twin bed. The futon downstairs is a full, so the space sleeps two couples, or a family of five comfortably. There is a kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and refrigerator. Electric heat, hot/cold running water. Wifi and satellite TV. The Upper deck, a commons area above the original Treehouse is complete with fireplace. Enjoy a view of the Homer Spit and the glaciers across the bay. Fire pit and barbecue are also available.

Cozy Bed in Hostel with Breakfast! Bed #3

The Hostel room is located on the top floor of the Inn. It contains six, cozy single beds. All the beds in the hostel are single beds, so if there are more than one person traveling with you, you will need to book another bed. (you may need to email us) You have full access to all the amenities the Nauti Otter has to offer. Breakfast is self serve at your convenience. We provide everything necessary for you to cook your own meal. Breakfast includes a pancake and waffle bar, and coffee.

Salty Stays #3 - Oceanfront Room on the Beach!

A cozy seaside getaway located on the Homer Shores Boardwalk on the Homer Spit. You can find food, coffee, ice-cream and shopping right on the same boardwalk! Walking distance to the harbor for easy access to ocean adventures! There are 3 identical rooms located above the Alaska Salt Company retail store. Watch eagles, seabirds, otters, and maybe even whales from your room! The view is ever changing and never gets old. If the sound of waves might bother you, this is not the place for you!

Upper Foreman's Cabin Fully Furnished Kitchen/Bath

This rental has a private entrance that can be accessed by going up stairs outside that leads straight to your private room that includes a full private bath, full kitchen with a table, inviting living area with TV, and a private deck with a BEAUTIFUL view that overlooks the Kenai River Estuary and Alaska Moutain Range. This room is located on the Diamond M Ranch Resort property. The building is shared with another rental but both spaces are private with private entrances.

The Star Room

Stay on Creek Street! The Star Room is located on the second floor of the historic Star House on Creek Street and overlooks the footbridge of Ketchikan Creek. The Star House was once the only registered brothel in the territory of Alaska before it closed in 1954. Today it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The room features a two-person Jacuzzi tub, feather-top queen bed, flat screen HDTV, kitchenette, and of course, a lovely view of the Creek.
