Es war alles super! Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon direkt an der Altmühl. Viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, Wandern, Rad oder Kanu fahren usw....Angelika und Ihr Mann sind sehr nett und hilfbereit. Nur die Lage ( Bundesstraße, Steinbruch) war nicht so optimal wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Absolutely loved the place and location. Fabian was the greatest host - so helpful and friendly. Cant wait to get back to Munich and I’ll definitely recommend his place to anyone going!

The apartment is absolutely stunning. It truly felt like a home away from home, with such a warm and welcoming vibe. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, thanks for quickly arranging things like: iron as requested. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr sauber, die Eigentümer sehr freundlich. Da wir mit Baby unterwegs waren, haben wir uns auch über die gute entsprechende Ausstattung gefreut (Hochstuhl, Reisebettchen, etc). Vielen Dank!

Lovely place to stay in Munich. We were able to walk through parkland or along the water to everywhere we wanted to go. Place was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, including washer/dryer and kitchen. Very responsive and helpful host.

a great apartment (second floor, the owners live on the first floor), lots of space, everything you need, but most importantly: there is a feeling of a living apartment, a home (and not a standard rental space) I really liked everything (beds, balcony, old beautiful plates, a large dining table, tiled stoves, separate bathroom) it is a pity that we had a plane early in the morning and were unable to appreciate the surrounding nature and the neighboring pond we will definitely come back and highly recommend this house to everybody!

Formidable séjour, parfaitement préparé avec l'aide de Clara, très disponible par message. L'endroit est reposant, paisible, très proche d'une nature régénératrice. La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, je crois même, en mieux. Il y a tout le confort, de vastes pièces, tout est à disposition, avec en plus une terrasse et un jardin magnifiques. Très proche de tous les moyens de transport possibles: S-Bahn, métro, bus, sans les inconvénients d'une grande ville, et de toutes les commodités. A recommander absolument.

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

Eine besonders tolle Unterkunft, vor allem wenn man mit Kindern anreist und Tiere mag. Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist sofort vorhanden, die Unterkunft ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Zudem ist die Lage top. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an fast wie Zuhause gefühlt und die Tage sehr genossen! Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, selbst wenn man zu sechst anreist.

Wir haben mit unserer Familie 5 Nächte in dem wunderschönen Haus von Robert verbracht. Das Haus liegt direkt am See und hat von der Lage unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir konnten abends den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genießen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, ein Kinderreisebett für unsere einjährige Enkelin wurde sofort besorgt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Casa storica molto accogliente direttamente in centro. Alloggio su due piani, pulito e ben rifornito. Annette è stata molto disponibile e veloce a rispondere alle richieste. Ottima soluzione anche con bambini (alle camere si accede con una scala ma è stata messa in sicurezza per i più piccoli con doppio cancelletto). Cucina comoda. Bagno dotato sia di doccia che di vasca. Molto vicino alla s-bahn raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Grazie Annette per questo soggiorno a Wolfratshausen!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Lukas, Tini und Eva. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Die Sauna und die Siebträgermaschine waren definitiv die Highlights. Alles war gut vorbereitet auf unseren Aufenthalt, inklusive Betten, Hochstühle und Spielzeug für die Kinder. Die Lage in Landsberg ist wirklich gut, die Innenstadt und der Wildpark sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Had a great stay here. Really enjoyed: - Large balcony (looks out into a courtyard) - Blackout blinds - Well stocked kitchen, extensive tea selection - Surprisingly comfortable sofa bed - Elevator - Washer/dryer - Beer hall across the street and cute restaurant next door - 7 min walk to Ubahn station - Easy 20 minute walk to Marienplatz Would recommend!

Super host! I had an early flight in and a late flight out and Florian was kind enough to accommodate both an early check-in and a late check-out. He was very responsive when I needed extra supplies, as well. Florian has done a great job with the space! It's a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Freising and within a 5-8-minute walk to both the bus and train stations. There is a bus stop right next to the building for a local bus line that will drop you right at the station as well. The farmer's market, also right outside the building, on Wednesday mornings, was a nice addition. The neighbors were extremely friendly and welcoming! A great stay altogether.

Die Schlüsselübergabe und der persönliche Kontakt zu Robert war sehr angenehm und äußerst freundlich. Die Wohnung zeigte sich in einem tadellosen und sauberen Zustand und ist zudem modern eingerichtet. Alles ist in erdigen Grautönen gehalten. In dem komfortablen Boxspringbett habe ich traumhaft geschlafen. Im Bad findet man kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie Shampoo, Duschgel, sogar Cremes und Rasierwasser für Herren. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und somit besteht die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung für längere Aufenthalte zu buchen und sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Büro bietet durch den Schreibtisch und dem W-Lan jeden Komfort zum arbeiten. Der 55" Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist der Hammer, nur sollten die Sender in korrekter Reihenfolge abgespeichert werden. Das Suchen der deutschen Sender war etwas aufwendig. Da dieser jedoch sehr neu ist, wird dies sicher noch nachgeholt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Bahnhof und das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß binnen 15 Minuten erreichbar. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 100 m entfernt. Der nahe gelegene Stadtpark bot mir eine super Möglichkeit zum Joggen. Schlussendlich kann man den Gastgeber und die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles! We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Great place to stay, very convenient for the train to Munich and to the Alps. Another time I would come later in April or early May, which is when boat trips begin and more mountain hiking routes are open. Heike was incredibly responsive and helpful, being just downstairs, and I felt she would help with any situation. The flat is obviously used by the family and so has many useful things such as paper and pencils, sandwich boxes - Heike even offered for my daughter to borrow some hiking boots to try. We loved the patio with the view of the mountains, to eat and to relax, and the comfortable and colourful furnishings.

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem bequemen Ferienappartement! Tolle Lage in der Altstadt.

Es war alles wie im Angebot beschrieben, auch die Rezensionen anderer Gäste vor uns waren sehr treffend!!! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, der aber auch schon von anderen Gästen erwähnt wurde, waren die ziemlich wackeligen, nicht kindertauglichen Barhocker in der Küche. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und in Ordnung, die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!!

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in der tollen Wohnung. Es ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll und detailliert eingerichtet, zentral gelegen und alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela lief super. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
