Studio 8 is a private studio with a stunning view of the apricot sand beaches and lagoon of beautiful Cable Bay. Relax and unwind while you take in the view of the sea all the way across the bay to the KariKari Peninsula. Come and relax in our private studio, suitable for 1 person or for a couple. There are more than 13 eateries all within 5 minutes drive away. A private walkway down to the beach. Plus the best Ice Cream shop within walking distance! Perfect location to explore the Far North.

Old Fashioned Stunner

Original, Kiwi, 50's family bach with its own direct access to Coopers Beach. Rumpty, but comfy, and sitting on a large private section with room for cars and a boat. The bach is very private and quiet. It has magnificent uninterrupted views across Doubtless Bay, and you can walk down to the beach via a private path through the trees in 2 minutes. The bach has a heat pump, heaters and lots of blankets so that it remains cosy at night. We think it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Hilltop apartment & farm stay visit

Wake up in your own private, sun-drenched apartment. Perched on a hilltop, views of Mt Camel. Our only neighbours are fruit trees, cows, a friendly dog and cat. Stunning sunrises and sunsets, fantastic for family holidays, romantic get-aways or a worker's retreat. The apartment is set on the north end of our family home, with a kitchen, bathroom & private entry. The top bunk is for light-weight persons only & because this is a working farm, the flat is not suitable for unattended children.

90 Mile Paradise - Ahipara - Far North

90 mile paradise apartment is north facing (sunshine all day long) with magnificent views of 90 mile beach and the Tasman Ocean with only a 1 minute walk to the beach. You will fall asleep and wake up to the crashing sounds of weaves and smell of the ocean. In the kitchen you can cook your own meal, or use the BBQ outside and eat outdoors comfortably. Surrounded by nature and encircled by the entire stretch of 90 Mile Beach & Ahipara Shipwreck Bay, enjoy primal sea, sky and forest in a totally private setting. By day see the skies from your bed through floor to ceiling French doors, or from your private deck. Watch the sun across the ocean from the tip of Cape Reinga the northernmost point of NZ - visible from this cabin, then the sunset behind Ahipara. By night enjoy the stars as little light disturbs your view in this hilltop setting.

Oak Tree Hut

Rustic built wooden hut on our hillside rural property. One comfy single bed . Breakfast prep corner. Toilet & shower is at the main house which has its own seperate entrance & will be shared with any other guests occupying the other larger Cabin . Parking area. Outside of the Main house there’s a cooking area , 2 gas points, pots,pans, double sink to wash up. The Internet is available in this area not inside the Hut. There’s some instant coffee, tea black& herbal , instant soup in the Hut.

Studio 10 - Treetops & Sea Views, Walk Into Paihia

Studio 10 is a light and sun filled apartment surrounded by native bush with views down to Paihia and the bay. Enjoy the birdsong & relax in your own tranquil tropical space. Beaches and Paihia town with boutiques, cafes, bars and supermarkets are a short walk downhill. Walk to the wharf and catch a ferry to historic Russell. Enjoy a day out exploring the Bay of Islands by boat or yacht. Walk to Opua along the coastal track or stroll to Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Free parking onsite.

Houhora Harbour Studio

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

Ahipara Pine Retreat

Look onto the beach from the Bay window (bed) or enjoy the setting sun. Walk on to the sand (30 steps) or 30 metres to the golf course. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
