Lucy’s apartment is a newly built apartment, away from the beach with only a short 4 minute walk! Here, you can find a cozy apartment, with all the amenities you need for a cozy and a worries free stay. The living area includes a flat screen TV, a sofa that can be converted to a bed for 2 people and a new cuisine with a fridge and a sitting area. The bedroom has a double bed, night stands with lights and a closet. The bathroom, with the beautiful marble look, contains also a washing machine.

This apartment looks out into the beautiful Lake Voulismeni and offers the best view in Agios Nikolaos as it is on the second floor of the building. Το Gargadoros Aprt είναι ένα διαμέρισμα που βρίσκεται λίγα βήματα από τη θάλασσα. Από τη βεράντα μπορείτε να αγναντεύετε την πανοραμική θέα της πόλης του Αγίου Νικολάου. Το διαμέρισμα απέχει 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία του Γαργαδόρου και 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης και την παραλία του Αλμυρού. It is just 3 minutes by car away from the most gorgeous beaches and only 7 minutes away from Agios Nickolaos.In only 3 minutes by car you can find super markets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants and cafeterias. The village is very quiet and has a very nice climate.

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
