What better way to start a holiday by drinking a complimentary wine on a balcony with amazing views of the port. The apartment is close to an array of places to eat and relax . We loved our stay at the apartment and really appreciated being able to stay a few hours past check out to make the most of our last day before catching the plane home. For a couple this is a fantastic place to stay

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Location is incredible, right in the heart of Chania port. Highly attentive host and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful! Thanks Manolis! Four adults stayed and we had plenty of room. Wonderful location and balcony view. Walkable to restaurants, shops, grocery markets, transportation. The home was clean and comfortable. Manolis met us at check-in to lead us to parking, helped with our bags, and explain the homes features. He also provided food items in the kitchen, coffee, tea and even wine. It was a lovely treat! We all loved being able to easily explore on foot. Manolis was very responsive to questions we had and even recommended a ferry to the gorgeous beach of Balos (recommended). Thanks so much for an amazing trip!

Wir haben zu zweit zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem Appartement verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderschön, mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Allerdings hört man die Schnellstraße wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, also komplett ruhig ist es nicht, der Ausblick macht das aber wieder wett. Man kann von dort aus sehr gut Tagestouren mit dem Auto machen, ohne Auto kommst du dort allerdings nicht weit. Die Gastgeber:in waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und es wurde fast jeden Tag geputzt. Die Kücheausstattung ist ausgerichtet für einfache Mahlzeiten. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Het appartement is compact maar prima. Het ligt iets tegen de heuvel, wat goed beloopbaar is ( wel stijgend dus). Het uitzicht over de baai verveelt nooit, is zo prachtig! In het dorpje voldoende supermarkten en restaurants, genoeg te kiezen. Een flink deel van het strand is een langzaam aflopend zandstrand. Echt fijn! Verder een prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te bekijken.

Anja was a wonderful host! In fact she even offered a ride from the airport upon arrival and also let me keep my bag in a safe place after checkout so I could walk around town before having to board a boat out of town. The space was quiet and the perfect spot in Chanai old town. Easy walking to all of it including steps away from the evening sunsets along the water! Id highly recommend this place and will hope to rebook again when I come back to Crete.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Dimitris place. Very easy communication and self check in. The apartment is a lovely space, well set out and private space overlooking the marina. Just a short walk to the nearest beach, restaurants and bars. Hania Old Town is just a short stoll down the sea front. Denitris had bikes there also we could use if required. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment and Chania to all. Many thanks Dimitris 😎👌

We thought it wasn't easy to pick a place in Chania, but Ioannis' place was a perfect choice. Located right across the street from a nice beach it was ideal for our small family. Ioannis let us check in early and despite not meeting him in person during check-in, we felt warmly welcomed. Everything we needed was there and he even left us fruit, water and chocolate, which was a nice touch. It was very child friendly and even had some beach toys and games. Warmly recommending it and would return - it's a true gem. Also, thank you for the assistance during our stay and the personal recommendations.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Georgios. L'appartement est à deux pas de la plage, vous trouvez des restaurants et commerces dans la rue ou à 300m dans le village. Les chambres sont très spacieuses (plus grandes qu'il n'y paraît dans l'annonce). La terrasse est très agréable et le parking gratuit est juste a côté. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies. Nous avons trouvé que Kalyvès est bien situé pour visiter l'ouest de la Crète. Nous reviendrons !

We loved staying in this calm and peaceful location. The villa is a comfortable size to host 8 people, with all the mod cons you require. The hammock in the garden was well used! Stunning views and having the sea just a few steps away was amazing. It was also only a short walk away from some fabulous restaurants. We would love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

Absolutely fantastic Airbnb, one of our all time favourites, the location is beautiful and very private with easy access to the sea, inside and outside kitchens were very well equipped. Eleni and Nikos also went the extra mile not just once but many times, welcoming us like family and making us feel right at home! We would highly recommend staying here, it was the highlight of our trip to Greece.

We had an amaing 4 night stay. Photos matched the description, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cooking amenities, oil, seasonings, coffee, and washing capsule. The owner also kindly prepare some fresh fruits, cakes and raki to welcome us. The surroundings are beautiful, we can watch the most amazing sunset every day right on the terrace. The restaurant next door is great as well. There is a 5min walk to a sandy pink beach. I would recommend to have a car to be able to explore this area, the drive around here through olive groves and coastlines is really scenic. Strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

This is a lovely little apartment. There is a children's play area right outside so the kids could go and play while we were getting ready. Perfect! The beach is literally across the road and lots of lovely places to eat. We went in May so it was quieter, which we loved. You can visit lovely villages if you have a hire car. Vamos was really beautiful with traditional Greek places to eat at. Crete is such a lovely place to visit.

Chrisi ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt und freundlich . Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Ausflüge , aber auch perfekt zum Strand um die Ecke. Dazu ist alles vorhanden , was man zum Leben braucht und es gibt sogar eine kleine Flasche Raki im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Wir werden wieder mal hierher kommen!! Brigitte und Peter

Valias place was amazing ! We dealt with her mum Katerina who was super friendly and always on the phone if I needed anything. Perfect location with stunning views of the Venetian port . Everywhere easy to get to. The beach about a 30 min walk and a beautiful one at that. Highly recommend and are looking forward to booking again nxt year 😀

A 100/10 stay and one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb! Fotis and his wife made our time in Chania unforgettable, from meeting us to check in to the helpful local information they provided and a stocked kitchen that was extremely generous. The apartment itself is beautiful with stunning views and was extremely comfortable! We had a car so drove everywhere with no issues finding parking but it is very walkable to the main downtown area. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wir hatten einen schönen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Christina. Lage: Das kleine Penthouse liegt ein paar Meter von der Promenade entfernt, dort sind schon Cafés, Bars und Restaurants zu finden. Das touristische Zentrum von Chania, also der alte Hafen und die Altstadt, sind rund 10 Minuten Fussweg entlang der Promenade entfernt. Eine schöne Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind buchstäblich um die Ecke gelegen. In der Straße selbst ist es ruhig und wir hatten keine Probleme, immer wieder einen parkplatz für unseren MIetwagen zu finden. Aufgrund der innerstädtischen Lage muss man mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse im Hintergrund rechnen - ist bei uns daheim auch nicht anders. Ausstattung: Die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck von den Räumlichkeiten wieder, nur das Bett wirkt auf dem Foto kleiner, als es tatsächlich ist. Die Dachterresse ist natürlich der Knüller, mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Ansonsten haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben.

Beau logement, propre et bien situé. Endroit calme. Plage juste à côté de la résidence. Personnel très à l’écoute. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner continental est améliorer selon nous.

L'appartement est finalement meilleur que les photos et très larges sachant qu'on était 5 voyageurs. Il y'a une superbe vue sur le coucher de soleil depuis le grand balcon. On a eu un petit soucis avec le réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas mais Maria a été réactif et a fait le nécessaire pour le remplacer le plus rapidement possible.
