Cottage in Bute Park

Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. I am soon to remove the sofa bed downstairs -. Please feel free to enjoy the paved area and lawn outside the front door. See other things to note below.

The house is modern and is in a quiet residential area. This house has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10pm.
