GREAT BACK YARD, with a custom-built basketball court, on top of a custom-built (to size) cement slab. Perfect to host events, family, friends, and neighbors! Solar Panels were installed in the summer of 2021. New washer, dry & dishwasher installed in April of 2020.

Stay the night in comfort and wake up to enjoy fresh brewed coffee and toast! HOST IN HOUSE, not an empty house, but guest rooms and bathroom are private upstairs area. Extra towels are in the bathroom cabinets. Waffle mixture is in the cabinet above the wafflemaker and wipped cream in fridge. Milk, creamer in fridge and spoons, tea in cabinets under the coffee machine. Don't worry about bedding but keep things clean. No shoes in house! Cats live here, be mindful if you have allergies.
