Kawakawa Hut

A small but special little place tucked neatly between rolling hills. Kawakawa Hut provides a simple but comfy getaway for two in a beautiful countryside. Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. Only 10 minutes drive from town, our house sits high up on a hill over looking Whakaipo Bay, Lake Taupo's western bays and the surrounding farmland. Feel like you are in the middle of nowhere while only being minutes from the lively town of Taupo. Our large front porch and yard is the perfect place to enjoy time with your loved ones. Dreamy sunsets over Lake Taupo & Ruapehu

Our modern home is 15 minutes drive from Taupo but still feels like a secret hideaway. It is quiet and private with majestic views of Lake Taupo and Mount Ruapehu - the sunsets are stunning. Perfect for a getaway all year round with outdoor areas and BBQ, large windows and an indoor, double-sided fireplace. We are 5 minutes from the very beautiful Whakaipo Bay, a quiet spot to walk or have a swim. You can also enjoy plenty of bush walks around the area. Hairdryer/toiletries/iron not provided

The Redwood Lake house - Entire

Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. Redwood Lake house has been established for the McMillan family to have time out from the busy world, a place to loose ourselves for a few days of R & R. We the family wish to share this piece of paradise with its unique setting with the wider world. You could choose to leave social media & the like at home. We have games, walks, kayaks for the lake (2 minutes walk). Time to just sit & read in the sun, inside or out. Enjoy. Relax. Refresh

3-Bedroom Home with Lake Views *No service fee*

Spacious home with deck that has beautiful lake views and is suited for a range of guests, from couples, families and groups travelling for local events. We have 3 bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge - maximum of 10 guests. Kitchen is equipped with necessities needed for cooking. Fridge/freezer, full oven, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Washer/dryer combo is also available for guest use. Wifi and smart tv available for you to log into personal streaming services

Central Taupō; all day sun, quiet, warm and cosy.

A 5mins drive from town or the lake or a 15mins walk to either. The entire home and garden are yours to enjoy. If cosy, private, quiet and a 'Home Away From Home' are what you are looking for, this small, 1 bedroom gem is it. Suitable for a maximum of two people, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, 1 comfy queen bed, bose speaker, sun-drenched deck, large garden and a roaring fire each evening. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Rear entrance is covered so you and your gear remain dry.

Breath Taking View over the Lake

Enjoy breath taking panoramic views across Lake Taupo, Mount Tauhara and the White Cliffs. This holiday house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with new aircon, 1 family room with powerful aircon and fireplace, 3 bathrooms including a masters en suite with balconies, the bedrooms are facing towards the lake, you will wake up to the amazing view of the lake. New concrete car park and another car port with shed, plenty of car parking for boat, van and trailers in front of the house.

From the deck you can witness spectacular sunsets and immense starry skies as well as the daily routine of a working farm. Peace and Tranquility Close to Town

We invite you to stay in our spacious four-bedroom home, on a sunny and private one acre section, with great outdoor entertaining and barbecue areas just a ten minute drive from Taupo. Accommodation includes 3 queen size beds, and two single beds, with a roll-away bed and port-a-cot (crib) available on request. Free WIFI and Sky sports channels. We also have an excellent sound bar for music which can be connected to via Bluetooth.
