Expect the unexpected when you step inside what is possibly one of the biggest (approx. 105sqm) one bedroom apartment in St Kilda. Steering away from the conventional, this uniquely innovative warehouse-style interior breaks the mould with its daring, dramatic dimensions. Polished concrete floors, expansive area for living and dining. Open plan kitchen with stainless bench tops and European appliances. European laundry. A garage thats easily adaptable into more living space. Reverse cycle aircon. Beautifully appointed limestone bathroom. The entire apartment is for the guests personal use. If you have a small car this can be parked inside the spacious indoor living area. I give my guests their privacy but am contactable 24/7 The property is tucked down a quiet street while still boasting easy access to a number of iconic restaurants. Public transportation is also close by offering a 15 minute trip into the city center. everything is so close and Trams at the end of the Street Train a two minute walk away. Airport sky bus is a five minute walk away on Barkly Street.

Our home has been converted from an old movie props warehouse in a Richmond laneway full of urban street art. Super comfortable and family-friendly with bright, spacious, air-conditioned open-plan living space. Convenient central location with Bridge Road shopping, Victoria Street restaurants, the MCG & sports precinct and Fitzroy Gardens all in within an easy walk. The CBD can reached via a scenic 25 minute walk through beautiful parkland, or a 5 min train ride from West Richmond station.

My modern, conveniently located and stylish apartment is the perfect spot to stay on your city break! A stones throw from everything Melbourne has to offer, easy access to the city via tram, or even walk! Shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, sports stadiums, cultural attractions and sightseeing are all so easy to get to! Catch a tram to St Kilda beach, or wander to Bridge road or Victoria street for a meal or night out. It's all fab! WiFi and a secure basement car park for 1 car included.

Welcome to First Class Finlay! Our luxury aviation-themed townhouse in Melbourne's best suburb - Albert Park. It's a short walk to the GRAND PRIX at Albert Park Lake.
