The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

Access to hiking trails nearby. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service. We offer an EV station for your convenience, you must provide your own charging adapter! We charge $25 for your stay!

There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.
