Clean & cozy apartment at the lake

Liebe Gäste, euch steht eine gemütliche Wohnung direkt am Zürichersee zur Verfügung. Hier könnt ihr stundenlang an der Seeanlage spazierengehen und die winterliche oder sommerliche Stimmung genießen. Solltet ihr vielmehr an Urbanität, Kultur und Nachtleben interessiert sein, dann seit ihr in 15 min in Zürich City. Sonst ist der See ganz in der Nähe, 2 Badis, direkter see Eingang mit kinderpool und ohne. Alles 3 min zu Fuss. Also perfekt für ein kleinen Sommerurlaub am See :)

Cozy & quiet room in antik house close to the lake

This lovely antik house is located in a very quiet and exceptionally beautiful street in the favored quarter Enge. To Museum Rietberg with it s beautiful park and lakeview it s just a short hop. It is eight minutes to the lakeside and ten minutes by tram to the mainstation. There is a big shopping center just some minutes apart with an asian spa and some good restaurants. Your guest room in japanese style with tatami mats is part of my simple furnished 4 room apartment.

The penthouse is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a terrace and panoramic lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Das Boot bietet Platz für 4 Schlafplätze (klein, aber es geht und macht Spass). Für die Wasserbewegung bietet das Boot Platz für max. 8 Personen. Es liegt an einem Liegeplatz am Zuger Hafen und ist in 5 Minuten abfahrbereit. Es kann auch nur als Unterkunft gemietet werden, oder eben zur Wasserbewegung am Zugersee (Bootsführerschein Kat. A erforderlich)
