Studio+ free parking near ETH/River (Zürich Höngg)

We live in the same building, but offer guests their own space without interruption. The apartment is a small self-contained studio on the second floor. Private full bathroom and kitchen. Within a 1 min walk from the apartment you can be relaxing by the river, or floating along it with a beer! For travel by public transport, the Hardturm Tram stop can be reached with an 8min (577m) walk, Tram 17 takes you directly to the city in just 10 mins. The ETH Hönggerberg campus is just 1.2km away uphill.

!Special! Cozy flat in the new hype area of Zürich

The apartment is located in Kreis 9, the new hipe area of zurich, 15 min distance by tram from the old town and main station.There are 2 bedrooms and a big livingroom with a huge terrace overlooking Uetliberg. The kitchen is new and fully equipped also with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment offers a great opportunity to spend a holiday in a more comfortable and private setting rather than the odd hotel.
