If you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then I ask that you please look somewhere else as there are many long term residents in this area.

Modern and private guest suite

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Avon Festival Get-Away

We take pride in ensuring our place is clean, polished and comfortable. A 16 min walk to the Festival Theatre on Queen St. It is a pretty walk along the arboretum and Avon River. We have a well equipped kitchenette, and a high end Kreuig for your tea, coffee, and chai latte needs, all free of charge - also has a cold brew feature! Our basement suite is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The suite has free parking and a private entrance.

The Carriage House Suites - the South Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the South Suite and the North Suite. The suites are listed separately.

Summer Cottage/ 3 Bedroom Bungalow

Enjoy your getaway in beautiful Grand Bend Ontario! Summer bookings in July and August are Friday to Friday weekly bookings ( 7 night minimum). The bungalow is comfortable and spacious. It is perfect for families, couples and small groups. Situated next to Pinery Provincial Park where you can enjoy a long hike on the numerous trails amongst the tall trees, birds and wildlife. This is truly a unique find in Grand Bend. Located on Main street, our penthouse loft is steps away from everything this vacation destination has to offer including the beach and best dining in town. The vaulted ceilings, fireplace, heated floors, ensuite bathroom and comfy king-sized beds make this listing a year round gem. It's a chef's dream with commercial-grade gas stove, vent and fridges. There's also parking for 3 cars and a level 2 EV charger on the premises!

Cheerful 4 bedroom cottage with a private beach

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. This cottage is walking distance to a private beach that only residents of the community can access. Then a 5 minute drive to Main Street with cool restaurants, boutique shops, and access to the boardwalk and public beach. If you just want to stay in, the cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ and entertainment area. This cottage can accommodate up to a max of 10 adults and 4 children.
