Beautiful Hideaway in Historic Building Across from the Park

Bask in the tranquility that this rear-facing apartment in a picturesque historic building delivers. Take in the wonderful local artwork and décor throughout. The modern interior is charming and bright, offering a skylight and two balconies. No elevator. The property is in a historic building however the apartment is fully updated including a complete makeover of the kitchen and bathroom, maintaining the charm and style of the building. This rear facing unit on the top floor is quiet and calm. Skylight and 2 balconies provide natural light. Because of the age of the property, there's no operating lift. King-size bed, washing dryer machine; dishwasher; security box; Mac computer; Bose speakers dock for iPhone; coffee maker; microwave; electric kettle. And new, faster internet service. I live in the area. I will be available to meet guests and welcome them at their arrival, and available throughout their stay for any questions or recommendations. Bohemian, artsy, and eclectic are common descriptors of the Roma Norte, but it's also leafy, residential, and almost European in flavour. The boulevards, parks, plazas, and cafés that punctuate the area are perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. It’s very practical to move around in this area of the city, you can bike; you can walk; you can take the subway or the Metro bus.

Bonito departamento a media cuadra de las principales avenidas de la CDMX, en el corredor Reforma. Allí suceden las principales actividades turísticas, culturales, financieras y laborales del país. Consta de recámara, sala con sofá, comedor, cocina, 1.5 baños y lavado. Completamente equipado. Podrás caminar a los principales museos, galerías, bares, restaurantes y a las colonias, Roma y Centro Histórico. Ideal para parejas y familias de hasta 4 integrantes (avisar si se requieren las dos camas)

Departamento independiente en 3 niveles y 2 Baños.

Departamento nuevo en tres niveles con espléndida vista a un bello jardín mexicano-andaluz. Dos amplías camas, dos baños completos, cocina equipada, comedor y una cómoda sala. Muy tranquilo y silencioso pues se encuentra protegido por cuatro frondosos arboles del jardín. El barrio de Santa María se ha posicionado en el gusto de la gente joven, hay una amplia gama gastronómica y es una colonia aledaña al Centro Histórico, a 10 minutos a pie del metro San Cosme, a 4 estaciones llega al Zócalo.
