Un alojamiento muy cómodo, estuvo en condiciones y es tal cual las imagenes que muestra, cuenta con estacionamiento en el alojamiento, y está en una zona tranquila y céntrica de ixtapa, el personal fue muy amable desde el comienzo hasta culminar la estancia

This was our second stay at the Casitas and it was another great experience. Rita and the staff once again provided excellent service on top of a great place to stay. You won't go wrong making this place your go to in Zihua! An excellent spot for access to all that La Ropa has to offer and just a short ride into downtown for some shopping or whatever adventure you have in mind. It was the Guitarfest 2025 for us this time, but you can rock it at many downtown spots if you miss the festival week and musid is one of your things. Last year we just chilled it poolside and down at the beach. Plenty of food spots nearby and if you just feel like staying in for the day, well Marguerite is the resort chef and an excellent cook. And if you're looking for an great massge you should really check out Alejandro! We both wish we had gotten massage from him last year but now we know. And he comes to the resort on appointment so get him booked quick! I'm very certain Rita would get him booked for you

Excelente el trato de Gil y su familia, muy accesible para nuestro viaje.

Realmente el lugar muy bien ubicado no había necesidad de usar el auto podíamos bien llegar a muchos destinos caminando, caminamos hacia el Partenón que está muy cerca del alojamiento, a la playa y a la plaza kioto a cenar. La habitación muy limpia y accesible horario para el check in, expectativas realmente altas mas de lo que se describe. Sin duda esperamos pronto volver.

Todos super amables y atentos, totalmente pet friendly. Siempre pendientes de tus necesidades. La verdad lo recomiendo bastante.

Lugar agradable y limpio muy cerca de playa el palmar puedes ir caminando, ademas esta serca de una plaza de restaurantes y bares para divertirte y el alojamiento cuenta con alberca y son muy amables los de recepción en mi opinión es perfecto, precio y lugar

I think this was my favourite Airbnb of all time! The location is absolutely breathtaking looking over Playa Ropa. This beautiful home has absolutely everything you need to settle in and get comfortable and enjoy the area. Jose and Lilia were incredibly friendly and welcoming, despite the language barrier. They were kind and Lilia even gave me a mole cooking lesson. :) I loved the peaceful nights, and Romeo, the cat, and the dog kept me company for my morning yoga practice on the patio. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my food for for five days. They graciously let me stay for the day when my flight was delayed. Tips… Ask for a blanket because the air-conditioning is freezing at night. Bring your Spanish translator if you’re English. Don’t expect perfection, and you will settle in to this amazing home and immerse yourself in the beauty of the area. I will be back next year! * cab driver had a hard time finding it… Do a research ahead of time to figure out area.

Excelente atención; muy cómoda

Nos encantó nuestra estancia. El lugar está en una zona céntrica, la habitación estaba limpia, con camas cómodas y baño en perfectas condiciones. Tiene aire acondicionado, lo cual se agradece mucho. Como sugerencia, creemos que sería útil tener una silla o sillón para sentarse sin tener que usar la cama. La atención fue siempre muy amable y nos dejaron disfrutar de todos los espacios: alberca, sillones, hamacas… ¡todo muy lindo! También desayunamos en el restaurante y tanto la comida como el servicio nos parecieron muy buenos. Mi familia y yo nos fuimos muy contentos y agradecidos. ¡Lo recomendamos muchísimo! 🥰

When the place we had booked fell through less than 24 hours before our arrival, we found Victor's listing. We had a few questions before booking. Victor responded quickly, even though it was quite late at night. His property manager, Irma, was also very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed the outdoor dining and pool. The wifi was fast; even with four of us using it. The best part is that it was a less-than 10-minute walk to Play La Ropa.

Buen alojamiento, hay que caminar varios metros para ir a playa la ropa, pero está muy tranquila la zona. Hay un Oxxo cerca.

El alojamiento es muy bonito. Su vista es magnífica, además de tener la oportunidad de acceder a las instalaciones con las que cuenta el hotel, por ejemplo: Actividades en la alberca, dinámicas de playa, sorteos, espectáculos diurnos y los nocturnos del complejo. Las instalaciones te brindan todo para una estadía cómoda y agradable. Mi recomendación personal es adquirir un plan All Inclusive en las instalaciones para alimentos y bebidas. Es accesible y en lo general vale la pena Esperamos volver pronto!!

Roberto es muy buen anfitrión, nos dió varias recomendaciones sobre los lugares que podríamos visitar y siempre estuvo atento. La casa es muy tranquila, agradable y limpia, la vista que tiene la casa hacia el mar es muy hermosa. 100% recomendado.
