The Stables Self Catering & Camping

The Stables is situated in Kakamas in the heart of the vineyards, the ideal overnight self catering accommodation or overnight camping on your way to the Augrabies Falls, Riemvasmaak or the Namibian border. The view of the vineyards and our horse's stables can be seen from your unit, and the peacefulness of this setting is just what you need to recharge for the road ahead. Our units cater for 4 guests per unit. Enjoy our unique Paddock Camping stands, each with a private ablution and braai.

Kanaal Kooi is a solar garden cottage situated in a lovely quiet street next to the canal. 5 minute drive from Medi Clinic, Kalahari Mall, and Hoërskool Duineveld. It is 10 minute drive from Hoërskool Upington and the airport. It is a perfect stopover for traveling to Kgalagadi, Namibia and Augrabies falls. It is a two-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. Luxury features like wifi, aircon, Nespresso machine, Snappy chef and so much more. Kanaal Kooi has a beautiful spacious garden.

Mitat Farm Cottage

Situated on a working farm in the beautiful "Green Kalahari" overlooking the lush Vineyards. Peaceful is definitely a thought that comes to mind when you enter Mitat Cottage. Escape from the chaos and come relax in the private splash pool while enjoying a barbeque. Mitat was build with the thought of pure relaxation so we decided to not have Wifi or a TV installed just so you can escape from the world. Pre-book a massage in the comfort of the cottage or enjoy a walk in nature.

The Cosy Flatlet

Private luxurious flatlet attached to our home. It is equipped with a queen bed, kitchenette, and air conditioning. The kitchenette has full sets of crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, microwave, air fryer and a concealed bar fridge. The bathroom has a huge spa-like shower and a soft close toilet suite. Free wifi and free access to Netflix, Prime Video and Showmax. Guests can login to their own DSTV account.

Steenbok self catering accommodation

In a home-like atmosphere, we offer you 2 bachelor-style rooms (yellow or red) to choose from, and we serve some coffee, tea, and homemade buttermilk rusks in your room for breakfast. The room has a kitchenette and a private walk-in bathroom with a shower. The ideal place to stay when you are working in or around Upington. Kalahari Corner is situated in a very peaceful area, it is less than 1 km away from Kuruman square, with all the basic shops. It is a small piece of the Kalahari, well equipped for a comfortable stay and evening braai with beautiful sunsets. Perfect for a quick getaway! PS: please dont go on google maps photos. the property changed alot since then and it is not looking this way anymore
