The accommodation was very nice. My wife and our two dogs enjoyed our stay. The small patio made it easy to take our dogs out for their needs, and she had water with a hose that was easy to clean every day. Gulsah was friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Thank you very much.

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

2 bedroom apartment (one bedroom upstairs in a loft style), renovated and in a great location — not far from the main attractions and surrounded by local shops, businesses and a mosque down the road. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, responding quickly and proactively! Excellent stay.

During our week in the Soil Balat apartment we had a wonderful time. The apartment is quite small but functional, it is located in a trendy and hip area of Fatih, Istanbul. There is life in the restaurants around, without being too disturbing. Soil Balat was very helpful and reactive to all our requests. Clear recommendation.

We’re so glad we chose this apartment, as there’s so many to choose from. It’s in a great location, easy public transport nearby and lots of places to eat, very close by. Would not hesitate to recommend it!

Apartement pour 5 personnes bien localisé dans Istanbul. Proche du tram qui va vers le centre historique et vers la place Taksim et tour Galata. Proche également à pied du quartier sympa de Balat. Hôte réactif aux questions et remarques. Bon équipement général mais les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux ( couverts, assiettes, casseroles, poêles) . Les chambres ont des rideaux mais peu occultants .

apartment was very cozy clean and sweet. location is too good , tram and bus station is in 30 mtr. oguz was very attentive and always in touch. The house was perfectly clean, I have never seen such a clean bathroom and toilet in all my travels.

Certamente foi uma das melhores hospedagens que estivemos. O apartamento é espaçoso, moderno, aconchegante e muito bem equipado. A localização é estratégica, perto de Balat e da cidade antiga, porém não tão próxima a ponto de incomodar. A estação do tram fica a poucos minutos da casa, sendo possível chegar a vários destinos rapidamente. O anfitrião é excelente, muito gentil e proativo. Recomendo para famílias viajando com crianças.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The space is quite bright and has all the basic luxuries. It is a bit challenging since its on a hill but that’s normal in İstanbul. Also there s no elevator. But you got plenty of space to breath. Good space. Recommended.

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨

The apartment was very clean , lovely shower and two good sized bedrooms. It felt like a very safe neighborhood which was important to us as we were travelling by motorcycle. Although a little out of the centre but was easy to get the number 50 bus to the middle. Highly recommended.
