Chalet Bergglück is a beautiful spacious house for alpine lovers. Located in the small idyllic town Walchen, with cows, fruit trees and its own small ski slope the Nagelköpfl for skiing and fun winter activities. Enjoy your freedom with your own garden, terrace and balcony with splendid mountain views. The ski bus stop and supermarket for fresh bread are just around the corner. Drive in 5 minutes to Kaprun or 10 minutes to Zell am See for skiing or use as your base for all the other activities.

This historic villa, right in the centre of Kirchberg, offers all the luxury you could want and is furnished by the well-known designer Eric Kuster. In the basement is a wine cellar, a wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, a shower and sun beds. On the ground floor, you enter through a stately hall where the old elements have been preserved. In Kaprun lies Haus Almkreek. A spacious private chalet (400m2) with a magnificent view of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The supermarket and the center of Kaprun are within walking distance. The ski slopes can be reached within a few minutes by bus or car. The basic rental price applies to up to 16 persons. After that a surcharge applies. Max 18 adults and 3 children (0 to 14). There is a heated ski hut with ski boot dryer. In the summer months MTBs / bicycles can be stored in this space.

Op een unieke plek op de zuidhelling van Piesendorf met een adembenemend uitzicht op een magnifiek berglandschap ligt het luxueuze Chalet Sonnenheim. De wandel - en fietspaden starten bij de voordeur. De skigebieden van Zell am See, de gletsjer van Kaprun(okt. t/m mei) Saalbach en Kitzbühel zijn snel te bereiken. Piesendorf zelf heeft ook een klein skigebied. Ideaal om te rodelen en voor kinderen. De golfbanen van Zell am See, Mittersill en Saalfelden liggen ook op korte afstand.
