The house is located at the top of Mad River Ski resort and is a short walk to the top of the ski lift. Bedding and linens are only provided for two guests. Enjoy a day of skiing or exploring Ohio Caverns and come home to make a meal in the a kitchen equipped with utensils, toaster oven, fridge, hot plate, pots, pans, and a microwave. Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
