this is my honest fair review. the location about 20minutes walking to the center, located in quiet and peaceful area. my room was spacious and clean,the bed ,matress comfy and clean,my private bathroom was spotless and modern. hot water ,wifi connection good and reliable. I did not met geovanna, but we communicate threw the phone and the app, she is responsive, communicative,and kind.her father Manuel very nice guy and kind and sociable. I had peaceful retreat spending my few days over there and If I ever return to vilcabamba, I would definitely book over there.

Even though the weekend was bustling with travelers because of the Sagrado Corazón de Jesus festivities the receptionist helped us out in a big way. If you are looking for a peaceful place with a beautiful pool surrounded by the beautiful landscape in the back that is also central to many of the places around than this is the place to be. Be sure to ask if they are having any type of festivities beforehand if you don’t want to stay awake until 1:30am participating in the festivities because it is right next to the plaza where the music is loud. A pesar de que el hotel estaba teniendo las fiestas por el Sagrado Corazón de Jesús la recepción nos ayudó de una manera magnífica. Un lugar que está situado en un pueblo tranquilo con una linda piscina y vista en la parte de atrás y está céntrico a muchos de los lugares que se puede visitar. Preguntarán si están teniendo alguna fiesta en el pueblo si no alístense para estar despiertos hasta las 1:30am si no quieren participar en las fiestas

La zona estilo colonial le da un aspecto acogedor junto con el edificio con sus corredores, salas , y balcones y su cocina con lo indispensable. Ubicación central muy buena, en calle peatonal no mucho ruido de coches.Rodeado por cafés, restaurantes, negocios y el mercado central a lado, la verdad por el precio no se puede pedir más . Hernán coanfitrión muy atento a cualquier necesidad. Regresare otra vez sin pensarlo mucho.

Nos extendió un trato muy amable, hospitalario y atento. Fue muy flexible a nuestras solicitudes y resolvió todas nuestras dudas. Nos hizo sentir muy cómodos y seguros en nuestra visita a la ciudad.

Espacio limpio y amplio, decoración tiene sus detalles y sobre todo Sandra es muy considerada y siempre bien atenta, un host muy bueno, súper recomendado.
