With apartment Anđela you can have both :) Lovely one-bedroom apartment is located in Perlini building dated from 1901 year. Perlini building is one of the few which remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies the important part of the Zadar history. Although the building is old lady, the apartment is completely new and modern, renovated in 2020.

When you pass the bridge you have already arrived to the old town. Our apartment consists of big living room with kitchen and dining table, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and 1 extra toilet. It is equipped with 2 air-conditions and internet Wi-fi. Every room has a TV.

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace. Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.

New, comfortable apartment has a balcony and a nice view over the main marketplace, harbour and mountains in the back (Velebit mountains). Main city square is just around the corner. Everything on walking distance,many shops, bars, caffe and cake. Beach "Kolovare" is 7-10min walk. Please note that the acomodation is on the 4th floor and no elevator.

Pepe's house is situated in the middle of Zadar, so pretty much everything is in walking distance. House consists of two apartments, one on ground floor and one on 1st floor. The night life of Zadar is in the old town, 15 min by foot from the apartment, there you can find lots of pubs, clubs, restaurants and coffee places.
