My favorite part of the House: the master shower is 7 foot long by 4 feet wide with a skylight overhead. 5 to 13 mins to grocery stores, golf courses, parks, churches, restaurants. 18 minutes to Algo Dones, Mexico, 30-40 mins from Lake Martinez, or the Buttercup Sand Dunes, and one hour from Glamis Sand Dunes

Located in a beautiful and quiet subdivision this home boasts a large floor plan with plenty of room for a group of 10 and a sparkling pool. We’ve put a lot of thought into your stay with amenities like cold drinking water, a BBQ and washer and dryer to help you enjoy your stay, relax and unwind. Our quiet guesthouse has great access to the interstate and is an easy five minute drive from most Yuma attractions (the Colorado river, quaint coffee shops, shopping, great restaurants, and movie theater in Old Town Yuma) The tile floor and fenced in backyard make it an ideal spot for those traveling with pets.

Great place for fishermen/boaters and hunters with room for boats and RVs. ‘Bee’ our guest at this sweet, modern one bedroom home. Our home features a large smart tv, Keurig, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven/air fryer, etc. Couch pulls out to be used as a sleeper. Futon available and located in the bedroom. The house is professionally cleaned.
