Spacious retreat 3 bedroom, 2 bath home

Our recently remodeled home away from home is located in an upscale highly desirable neighborhood. It's conveniently located just a few minutes from freeway entrance, restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, pharmacy, etc. The master bedroom features a bathroom with large bathtub and walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. Fun amenities in lovely Yuma include: off-roading, leisure walks along the Colorado River, tubing, kayaking, nearby water park, movie theaters, dining, shopping, and more.

Incredible vacation home in the Foothills of Yuma on the wash with mountain views! This private custom built 1 bdrm 1 bath home has a southwest flare! Located close to 2 Golf Courses, 4x4 riding out your back yard, hiking, biking, boating on Colorado River only 30 minutes away! Home sleeps 4 with 1 bdrm & a Futon in the common space. Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 TV's with WiFi & streaming, private yard with side patio off wash & front patio with dining table BBQ & amazing views.

Bright 4 bedroom home in the heart of town.

This 4 bedroom getaway brings all the comforts of home to your vacation. With the ability to comfortably sleep 10 people there’s plenty of room for you and your friends or family. Enjoy an evening of dinner under the lit gazebo and s’mores around the fire pit or hit the town and check out all the Yuma has to offer. This home is centrally located so you’re never far from food and drinks. Just a 20 minute drive to the dunes, a 15 minute drive to Mexico and a one minute walk down to the park.

Best Little Airbnb in Arizona !

Separate Guesthouse on private lot in the Foothills long or short term Smartlock key pad Full Kitchen, WIFI 362. Welcome Winter Visiters, Border Patrol, Nurses, and contractors, Shaded Parking, Boat parking, 1/2mi to I-8 22 to Mexico 28 to Martinez lake, 31 mi to YPG. Close to Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping, Hiking Golfing. NO CARPET for those who have allergies! Very comfortable bed and furniture. Patio area with lots of seating and BBQ for you to enjoy. The home with it all: Amenities, Charm and Comfort

Uniquely styled with a designer's touch but also with comfort, enjoyment and easy living in mind. There are many welcoming spaces indoor or out to gather. If quiet solitude is what you desire, not a problem; with four bedrooms, each as cozy and uniquely decorated as the next, you'll be right at home. This is both a kid's sanctuary with a pool, jungle gym, and plenty of room to run around as well as an adult's oasis with a spa, outdoor fire place and workout room.
