Remodeled Condo in Yuma

This condo is newly remodeled with an updated shower, new floors, new paint and kitchen countertops/sink/faucet. This is a perfect place to work from home with spectrums super high speed fast internet ultra-package. The living room and bedroom both offer large HD smart TVs. The sofa converts to a queen size bed so up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably. Very close to the hospital and would be a great place for traveling nurses, seasonal workers or anyone that wants to be centrally located.

Comfortable and Cozy 2 Bedroom Condominium

Beautiful comfortable condominium, quiet and relaxing. An instant home for you to enjoy! Plenty of street parking. Very soothing and relaxing outdoors with gardens and fountains, sitting areas to enjoy a cup of tea. Walking distance to Sprouts Market and much more. Only 10 minutes away from Algodones MX. Building consists of two condos , and upper and lower, you are renting lower level 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (700-800) sq. Upper condo is rented out on a monthly basis to a quiet family.

Comfortable condo

This is double-story town home located in the heart of Yuma. We have everything to make your stay comfortable. We have three bed rooms, all located on the second floor convenient for five people to sleep. We have fully equipped kitchen, dining area. Living area has sofa with television and Wifi. The neighborhood is located in a quiet residential area. There are two reserved, covered car port parking spots located behind the unit and is free. Wifi with Roku and Netflix

Bring your toothbrush!

Our place is about 15 miles away from the city of Yuma in an area called the Foothills. We are close to a great grocery store and about 30 minutes from Algodones, Mexico where many visitors go for dental work. People tell us they really like our little place and the way everything is furnished. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
