If you’re planning of a fantastic stay, then this Ginkakuji Vacation Home is just the place for you! The rental is the downstairs of the home with a private entrance and completely separated. Please note that the host family with dog（toy poodle） lives on site and may be present during your stay.

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

当ゲストハウスは築80年を超える日本の伝統的な京町家として認定されました。これをリノベーションし、現在アートハウス白川八木邸として運営しております。 これまで海外から沢山のゲスト様をお迎えし交流を深めて参りました アートを楽しみ、檜風呂に入ってゆっくりと 京都観光に出かけるのはいかがでしょうか コロナの前は元々一棟貸しでしたが、現在は家を二分割し 片方は宿泊施設となり、片方は家族で住んで管理しています。 隣接しているので子供の声や音がする時があるかもしれませんが、その分スペースに対してリーズナブルな料金設定にしております。 ４人で泊まればジュニアスイートルームくらいのお部屋に対して一泊ビジネスホテルくらいの値段になります 立地場所は、道が細く、スーツケースや荷物を持ちながら歩くと なかなか険しい坂の上にあります。 高齢の方には大変だと思いますが、 その分空気もよく静かで素敵な場所です。 当方プロカメラマンやプロデュース業をしており 色々な方と友達になれることを楽しみにしております。

This traditional Japanese house is built in 1924 and officially certificated by Kyoto city. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is in close proximity to Shinnyo-do temple. This is a nice place to visit Kyoto, just near the river Shirakawa, a really nice place sometimes used for movies or series. The house is near Chioin, Kodaiji, Higashiyama, Yasaka shrine. Just near the house, there is an old market where you can buy and eat Japanese food.
