Get the best of both worlds with this house...a short drive to Uptown Charlotte and everything the city has to offer, but a newly remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath that sits right on Lake Wylie. We have a brand new 2022 pontoon boat available to add-on during your stay. We also have 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddleboards. We are on an inlet of the main lake so it is nice and quiet with no wake. Sip coffee on the balcony and take in the view or walk down to the dock and hang your feet in the water!!

Listen to the soothing rumble of the river shoals just down river. Kayak rental and drop off to 1 of 4 boat ramps up river can be arraigned. Float back to the property.
