Cozy bedroom near Charlotte, NC

Come enjoy a visit to a old rustic farmhouse near the Queen city just over the state line! Your visit will be in a small but cozy farmhouse bedroom that's on a dead end road in a very quiet neighborhood! We are on over 2 acres of old farming land. There is one shared bathroom, a quaint living room and free wifi! Included in this visit is a amazing southern style breakfast with all the fix-ins! Come and enjoy a weekend visit to the Charlotte area and see the ihall of fame or during the warmer season goto the southeast's largest amusement park Carowinds, only a few miles down the road! There is many Restaurants and shops in the nearby Ballantyne area. You can take a short drive to Pineville, NC and hop on the local commuter shuttle for a few dollars and explore all areas of Charlotte without paying for parking and navigating through busy traffic. Come check out our hidden gem here in Indian Land SC!

Carowinds 12 min away-entire basement apartment

This private basement apartment is 1500 square feet of fun! Bedroom has a queen bed w/Tempurpedic topper/ two dressers/desk, connecting bathroom with a walk in shower. Living room has large TV/videogames and sofa bed, small dining area. Rec room has pingpong/pooltable/foosball/toys/games/ double bed/ blackout curtain; stacking washer/dryer. We live upstairs with a locked door separating us. Patio with table/chairs and yard. We are in the back of a subdivision where it is quiet. (No parties.)

Super clean upstairs private locking bdrm with blackout curtains and a 6' Christmas tree, sleeps 1-2 with comfy queen bed, includes TV, luggage rack & table for workspace.
