Spacious Garden Apartment Near Park

A self contained air conditioned apartment with separate entry and parking, a large bedroom with a walk in robe and ensuite. A leafy courtyard, lounge area and kitchen with your own lovely private garden, close to the airport,public transport,shops,parks and a nature reserve. Many of our guests have enjoyed the reserve with walks and jogging along the paths, enjoying the birds and plant life throughout. The North Perth Nook

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Spacious, inner-city self contained studio

The studio is close to public transport, a short walk from shops, cafes and nightlife. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Located in our backyard over the garage guests can enjoy complete privacy. The studio is fully self-contained with a queen size bed, lounge, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and parking. Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability

You will never want to leave this unique and tranquil private retreat. Perfectly nestled in the heart of where you want to be in Perth. Everything is approx 10km away including: Northbridge and City. New Perth Stadium. Airport, domestic and International. Swan River. Trigg and North beach. RAC Arena. Crown Casino. Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

CAFE LOVERS Retreat in the heart of Mount lawley!

Right in the middle of the Beaufort St Cafe strip! Everything at the doorstep. Cozy, comfortable and convenient! Couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is fitted with reverse cycle Air conditioner and double glazed windows for quiet nights in. We have smart TV, fast WIFI and secured parking. Perfect for business travel and holiday makers. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook own meals however this apartment is located right in the middle of restaurants, bars and cafes.

North Perth Bungalow -close to town

Situated in North Perth on a quiet residential tree lined street this quiet 1 bedroom cottage is a great place to stay. There is kitchen, lounge dining area and bathroom, free wifi. A pet (no cats sorry), is welcome but please check with us beforehand Supermarkets and array of shops, cafes and bars in North Perth. The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops

The Garden Studio

welcome to the newly built"Garden Studio".This self contained 1 bedroom, spacious villa is situated in a quite area of Perth. It is completely private with your own car space/driveway and alfresco area. Our home is only 8 km from Perth City centre, ( 3 min walk to local direct bus), only 11km from our beautiful beaches, 14km to the world famous Swan valley and only 12km to Perth Airport.

Semi Detached Suite - Close to City

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
