Such a great home minutes from the center of Rovaniemi and on the river, clean and welcoming space, comfortable accommodations, responsive host, and everything you can ask for. Would highly recommend to visitors.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist bequem und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das fantastisch gelegene und ausgerüstete Saunahaus wird mit den Besitzern geteilt was absolut kein Problem ist. Das ganze Grundstück ist gepflegt und liegt schön an einem grossen See. Die Sicht über den See mit Polarlichtern ist unvergesslich. Ausserordentlich freundliche Vermieter die sich sehr grosse Mühe geben. Jukka hat uns sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Elina was a lovely, attentive host. Nothing was too much trouble, the ice fishing trip was enjoyable and the food was good too. The accommodation was perfect for what we wanted, lovely and clean and the cooking facilities were great. The accommodation was perfectly situated for seeing the northern lights. A rural area but within driving distance of tourist activities. There was lots of snow and we have had a fantastic experience.

I love this place! Irma was so kind to me. Also, as someone who captures a lot of adventures with my phone and camera, I’m really grateful for the super-fast internet, it allowed me to upload my pictures to the cloud every day. The home is beautiful, and I’ll definitely choose it again

My husband and I have just returned from Petr's house (9 night stay) (Feb 25) everything was as described as per listing, Petr was very friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had, He came and met us personally one day to say hello and make sure we were happy in the house, He also recommended lots of places to visit and sent us links so we could look before we visited etc. The house was very warm and had everything we needed during our stay. The queen size bed was super comfortable. Hot water a plenty. The house had its own drive and plenty/easy parking. We saw the Northern lights 8 out of the 9 nights from the garden :) The surrounding area is stunning , the views were lovely, we even had 5 reindeer on the drive one morning :0 Would definitely recommend this house and we would 100% return. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Aapo's Unterkunft. Die Lage unmittelbar an der Ostseeküste in Verbindung mit der Grillhütte und der Sauna ist einzigartig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Aapo hat auf unseren Bedarf eines Babybettes flexibel reagiert und uns zur Verfügung gestellt - vielen Dank dafür. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

We ( 2 families) had an amazing stay at Johanna’s ! The house is large enough well furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. Everything as described in the listing. The location is super nice and we were able to see the northern lights from the house itself !! Johanna was quick to respond to our concerns and she takes care of providing extra heating during the very cold days! If you have a car with you.. then it’s impossible to go wrong with this stay. Thanks Johanna for hosting us .. we really enjoyed the stay !

Great space inside, lots of windows with great views over the river. Comfortable bunk beds, traditional sauna heated with wood fire was a fab experience. Shops 10 km away, super quiet. It's the second time we stayed at Antti's and would recommend it.

Logement très agréable, propre, spacieux et lumineux. Il est proche du centre ville et des commodité. La présence de la route à proximité du logement pourrait gêner la nuit à cause du bruit et de la lumière, mais ça n’a pas été un problème pour nous.

Wir hatten einen erstklassigen Aufenthalt bei Janne. Alles hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Jannes Unterkunft ist geräumig und verfügt über eine private Sauna sowie einen Kamin, welche wir auch ausgiebig nutzten. Die Unterkunft ist auch ein perfekter Startpunkt für viele Aktivitäten in der Gegend. Auch die Ausrüstungen, die Janne anbietet, waren alle in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben Janne zwar nicht persönlich gesehen, weil wir auch jedes Mal unterwegs waren, aber er ist ein toller Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war. Der Check-In und der Checkout war einfach und unkompliziert. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Super sejour avec Sinnika et Jamme, ultra accueillants, qui ont nous ont fait bénéficier de précieux conseils. Très belles et chaleureuse sortie avec Jamme pour chasser les autores boréales avec feu de camp et nourriture typique finlandaise. Le sauna était d'un grand réconfort avec les journées passées dans le grand froid extérieur.

Karin asunto oli todella mukava ja hyvällä paikkaa. Kari on todella ystävällinen majoittaja ja auttoi asioissa missä oli kysyttävää, myös saimme todella joustavasti mennä check-in ja checkoutin puitteissa, 5/5 arvosana tälle majoittajalle sekä majapaikalle, tullaan ehdottomasti uudestaan vierailemaan tänne!

We had a really lovely stay at Ilona's place for 5 nights. It had everything we needed, both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Everything is in easy walking distance; there are two shopping centres within about a 5 minute walk, and you can go on a lovely walk along the river quite easily, and the apartment is well heated when you come home feeling freezing! Ilona's communication was great throughout, and she was at the apartment to greet us and show us around. If you are looking for a small apartment for a holiday in Roveniemi, I would definitely recommend Ilona's apartment!

Tila and Jukka made our trip 10 folds better. Their place is big enough for 4 people to be comfortable in. Tila is a very welcoming host. She gave us plenty of snacks and food. There’s a grocery store in a walking distance and a well equipped kitchen, so you can definitely cook from home. The sauna was very easy to operate and spacious. If you wanna have a chance to see the northern lights without going far, there is a bridge over a river about 20 minutes walk away where there’s a lil less light pollution (although I recommend you get a car and drive up further north to get away from the city for a higher chance). All in all, 10/10 host and 10/10 Airbnb!

We stayed in Taneli's apartment for three nights as a group of four. It was perfect for us at it is close to the railway station as well as bus stops and you can easily discover Rovaniemi and the surrounding area from here. The place is lovely, cozy but also spacious and very tidy. We had everything we needed for a few days and Taneli was a very helpful and kind host, so we warmly recommend staying here.
