The private, two storey self-contained accommodation is a part of a traditional timber barn and offers two bedrooms - one on the ground level and one upstairs with a lovely balcony with stunning views over the property. Located in Gippsland Victoria - 18km from Warragul towards Korumburra and 120 km from Melbourne.

The Fern cottage is an open plan self contained cottage suitable for couples or singles. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
