The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Crystal River Tiny Cottage

Get away from it all! Our tiny cottage (The Lilly) is available only. These 2 cottages are located on 1 acre. Each cottage features a fenced back yard. Nestled between the cottages is the court yard. Hot tub pending repair. Layout: Studio style, 2 Lofts- storage & lounge. Well water, star link internet, Roku . Bring your boat(s)/ sxs/ atvs. We are located 15 mins to Lake Rousseau, Gulf, Three Sisters Springs, & Rainbow River. In the country. One cottage is long term rental and not available.

The Rustic Bear Cabin, Springs, 1.16 acre, firepit

The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre, surrounded by woods & close to the Springs. Very cozy and relaxing. Drink your coffee on the porch, listen to the birds, hang out in the hammock or by the firepit, spy on deers, play with our rustic barrel arcade game, some pingpong, cornhole or dartboard. Take a drive to: - Three sister spring (closed until 11/23) - Hunter’s spring - Rainbow Spring - Weeki Wachi Spring - The Devil Den - The beach (30min) - Boat ramp (4min away)

Our Happy Place

Bring your family and your boats. 12 minutes from Crystal River, on the Withlacoochee river, 5 miles from Gulf waters (unobstructed direct access). 3 bedroom 2 bath. 2 dining areas, a movie theater projector for movie night. Pet friendly, must be crate trained. 2 kayaks, fishing on the docks. Lump charcoal grill and fire pit. Docking for boats. public boat ramps two near by, games and cards for kids, WiFi, sleeps 8 comfortable, 5 beds. Plenty of parking. Special prices for events, message me.

Plenty of parking for your truck and boat trailer. Dock has power, water and fish cleaning station.

Relaxing Riverfront Retreat

You'll love this spacious home due to its comfort and water access. 2 king size master bedrooms with jack and jill bathroom. The screened porch and covered patio are perfect for game nights and early morning coffee. There is a shared deck with kayaks and bikes-special bonus: the hostess offers kayaks and paddleboards right on the Crystal River to swim with the manatee free of charge! You'll love your stay. Relaxing and inviting. Sleeps 8 AND has option for more with 2 other homes nearby.

Beautiful Secluded Waterfront Home With 2 Docks

2.5 private riverfront acres with a large dock (fits 40+ ft boat), 4 kayaks to explore Crystal River's springs and manatees, and a home stocked like you live there — espresso bar, full kitchen, screened porch, fire pit, and wildlife in the yard. A private 100-foot boardwalk winds through the native landscape to the main dock - the walk itself sets the tone for the whole stay. Fish from the dock, or day-trip to Crystal River for manatees. Extremely well stocked kitchen.
