Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool.
