The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

Perfect holiday home, 5 min walk to family beach. Modern kitchen, open plan living & dining room, 2 main bedrooms (very comfortable beds) and 3rd bedroom & two new modern bathrooms both with toilets, plus 3rd toilet. Ideal for couples & families. BBQ, & outdoor hot and cold shower. Fully equipped cook's kitchen, with everything you need. PET FRIENDLY, big enclosed backyard. Outdoor games, board games, bikes, tree swing, 3km walk to jetty, supermarket & liquor store, 150m walk. NOT LEAVERS SORRY

The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. Oceanfront 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house We aim for a relaxed vibe with comfort linen can be booked for 30.00 per person Alternatively you can bring your own linen this is an affordable option: Bring sheets, pillow slips, towels doona covers Spare pillows available away from beds, with doonas and blankets Maybe leave shoes outside Dogs are by arrangement due to new local by laws dogs can not be left alone at the house. Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

The Cabin is a beautiful artisan building using local timbers and rustic decor. It’s comfortably set amongst 75 acres of farmland and bush. It is the spot to relax and rejuvenate. The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

Location, location! Experience our little cottage by the crystal waters of Geographe Bay. Situated in holiday hotspot just a ten minute walk to iconic Busselton Jetty and the town centre and a 2 minute walk to the beach with nothing but parkland between the house and the water! Unbelievable front row centre location for many major events such as the International Ironman. Relax, unwind and enjoy all the Margaret River region has to offer.

A luxurious getaway tucked away between Margaret River town and Prevelly beaches. The architecturally designed solar home offers guests a unique and idyllic escape. The single-level design has an open plan kitchen and living area, opening out to stunning views of the surrounding nature, making it perfect for a couple's getaway or family holiday. Busselton Farm Studio (pet friendly)

Come down south in the off season. This is an established farming property which I have owned for three decades. It is an easy drive 2 hours south from Perth. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. This is a registered B&B with the City of BUSSELTON since 2019.
