We will be back next year. We did stay in the appartment 6 weeks. Gunes is a welcoming host who quick responded to any questions or requests. She live with her family in a building next door. The apartment was clean and all did work. Internet,electricity, heating, stove etc. The location is really good as yoy have 3 min walk to the Harbour and 10 min walk to bus and beach. From the busstation is local buses to most places on the Bodrum peninsula and long distance buses to most of Türkiye . You do not have to hire a car. Even with a location 3 minutes from promenade, business district and restaurants is the area quite calm and silent. Our top 5 recomandation.

The pales was great and Erdem is very nice man , let us stay a bit longer , jut one thing would be nice to have microwave in kitchen , but otherwise it was great, we loved the place . And Bodrum was as described, jut we were not lucky whit weather 😃🥰

L’appartement de Maria et George est absolument idéalement situé. À proximité du centre de Kos et de la plage tout en étant au calme c’est très appréciable. Il y avait des stationnements gratuits juste devant l’appartement quasiment toute la durée de notre séjour (fin avril) La propreté est irréprochable et vous aurez tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour sur cette magnifique île. Vous avons suivi les bons plans de Maria et nous recommandons à 100% et reviendrons dès que possible. Merci !!! Thierry, Catherine et Olga

We enjoyed Vedat’s home! We wish we could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing to sit out on their covered balcony. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! We will be back thank you!!

Die Fotos vom Countryhouse sind schon vielversprechend, doch in der Realität ist es noch schöner. Stergos hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Mit seiner unkomplizierten und liebenswerten Art stand er für alle Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Vom ersten Moment haben wir (Familie, 4 Erwachsene) uns in der gepflegten Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Countryhouse bietet alles, was unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat: reichlich Platz in Schatten oder Sonne, gemütliche Sonnenliegen, der Pool für eine kurze Abkühlung und die herrlich duftenden Kräuter im Garten. Wir haben den Grill genutzt und viele Stunden draußen an dem großen Tisch gesessen. Die AC im Haus ist leise, wir haben super gut geschlafen. Das WLAN ist stabil. Kos-Stadt und umliegende Strände sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, der Flughafen in 20 Minuten. Wir waren mit allem mehr als zufrieden. Der Abschied fiel schwer und wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen!

The host was very responsive and always tried to help if we asked something. A very nice apartment right in the city centre with everything on a walk distance to you. A lot of fun souvenirs shop around you and very lovely places to eat The Airbnb was clean and perfect for two people.

Alp Bey çok yardımcı, nazik ve açıklayıcı yaklaştı. Ev de ihtiyacımız olan her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Konumu kesinlikle harikaydı. Görsellerde göründüğünden bile daha iyiydi. Her zaman tercih edeceğimiz bir ev olacak. Alp Bey’e her şey icin Cook tesekkür ederiz🙏🏻

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in Kos Stadt, viele nette Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Hafen von Kos sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es ruhig gelegen. Kleine Küchenzeile, aber alles nötige ist vorhanden.

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

Όλα ήταν τέλεια,νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας ,είχαμε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.Ητα πολύ καθαρά και περιποιημένα,μπράβο στον κ Βασίλη...Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!!

Evin konumu merkeziydi. Oda temiz ve eşyalar yeni idi. Güney bey bodrumla ilgili bilgilendirme konusunda çok yardımcı oldu. Bir sonraki ziyaretimizde ilk tercihimiz olabilir🌸

Totally recommend! Brilliant apartment close to everything! Less than 5 minute walk to both the town area with the port and also the beach. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Loads of towels and bedding etc. Loads of space and great value for money. This place is perfect for people like me who don’t want to drive on holiday as it’s time to relax as you definitely can go everywhere very quickly on foot. Shops and restaurants basically on your doorstep. Communication was super. I didn’t get to meet either hosts but they were very friendly and made it very welcoming with clear instructions for check in etc. I would definitely return and have already recommended this apartment to friends and family when visiting Kos. I have nothing bad to say as everything was perfect and had everything we needed for a great holiday

Great place, perfect location! Just a quick walk to the local shops, bars, and restaurants. Close enough to get to the local beaches! Quiet and peaceful. Really lovely neighbourhood.

Jenny’nin evi her anlamda harikaydı. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Tüm odalar ve banyo tertemizdi. Konum olarak beachlere, restoranlara ve merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kendisi bizi harika ağırladı ve bize özel küçük sürprizler hazırladı. Onunla tanıştığımıza çok mutluyuz. Şimdiye kadarki en güzel airbnb deneyimimizdi ❤️

I highly recommend staying here! My stay was great and I have no negatives. Everything was perfect from the room cleanliness to the location. The family hosting was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. :) no complaints.

Murat dost canlısı, sıcakkanlı ve samimi bir ev sahibi.Bizimle çok ilgilendi.Ev çok temiz ve görsellerdekinden daha güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Temiz ve sakin bir muhittte. Benim bu turgutreise 7. gidişim zaten Turgutreis ve tüm marinaları koyları çok iyi biliyorum.O yüzden kıyaslama şansım da olduğundan bana güvenebilir bundan sonraki gelecek olan misafirler.Ben tavsiye ediyorum.

Check in und Check out liefen super. Der Zustand sowie Lage und Sauberkeit der Unterkunft sind top! Man wird mit einem Willkommensgeschenk aus Getränken und Früchten begrüßt. In der Küche findet man alles um auch eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft um in Kos Urlaub zu machen.

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!
