Our cozy 1,100 sq ft. home has nice "partial" ocean views. A 3 minute walk to the historic 804 walking trail~bluff and "rocky beach" for agate hunting and tide pools. Easy walk to shops and restaurants our home is sparkling clean and beautifully landscaped with a private fenced yard in a quiet & friendly neighborhood. NOTE: If you travel with a registered service animal the cleaning fee will be increased to $300 for extra time to sanitize/clean for the next guest who may be allergic to animals.

The Surf House offers special access to one of the wildest and most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience. Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

Modest but charming home located on the Oregon coast in the quaint village of Yachats, a 10 minute walk to the ocean. Near fishing, clamming, tide pools. Marvelous views. Seasonal outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi. Tennis courts, Pickle ball. Walk along the river to the sea. Relax on the deck, or sit on the window seat, read a book and enjoy the fire in the wood stove. Welcome to our oceanfront home, just outside Yachats on Hwy 101, accommodating up to 6 people. The house is recently renovated, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and 2 of the bedrooms. The expansive backyard, surrounded by trees, has dual paths to the beach. There is a covered deck with dining and seating arrangements. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

No Pet Fees, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.

Bob Creek Cabin - Bob Creek Beach - Hot tub-Forest

Bob Creek Cabin is a surprisingly modern cabin, just across from the crashing waves of Bob Creek Beach, a beach famous for it's world class agate hunting, tide pools, secret caves and spectacular sunsets. The Cabin is delightfully appointed with comfortable living room seating and cozy beds. Guests will enjoy the Zen of Bob Creek including hotel style robes, heated bidet toilets and an outdoor hot tub!

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
