Alessandro und Valentina gehören zu den herzlichsten Vermietern, die wir je erlebt haben. Nicht nur, dass Alessandro uns in Syrakus abgeholt hat, er hat uns gleich noch die Gegend gezeigt, Supermärkte, Restaurants empfohlen, sogar vor der besten Bäckerei in Cassibile (Panificio Nanè) gewartet, bis wir Brot etc. eingekauft hatten. Und als wir ein Auto mieten wollten, um die Gegend zu erkunden, hat er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Es war jederzeit ein wunderbarer Kontakt zu den beiden. Das Appartement ist großzügig für ein Paar, die Terrasse der absolute Hit: ein fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Wer also die Gegend erkunden will, ist in Fontane Bianche bei Alessandro und Valentina bestens aufgehoben. Man fährt tagsüber nach Noto, Syrakus, Modica und entspannt abends im Appartement. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad perfekt. Die Adresse ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder :) !!!

Excellent experience staying at Vincent’s place. Check in was a breeze, and the house was extremely clean and comfortable. Great beds, great pillows, excellent kitchen set in a beautiful historic neighbourhood. Birgu is a lovely quieter option an easy boat ride to Valetta, but still crammed with things to do. We had 2 great dinners nearby and were able to park our rental car only a couple of blocks away in free parking. We absolutely loved Malta and wish we had stayed for longer

It was a very nice place with everything you need. We forgot the adapters for the electrical sockets but there were few adapters already in the apartment. Apartment is divided to two sections: 1 bedroom + kitchen with dining area and living room, 3 bedrooms + small kitchen. It was very comfortable with many bathrooms. Amazing for a big company or family. The location is very nice as it is quiet but just 1min walking to the main bus stop which brings you to Valetta. Also, if you want to reach other cities by public transport, other bus stop is 10min walking. So very good location. The host was very friendly and helpful, she was responding very fast.

De très belles prestations dans un cadre exceptionnel. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, spacieux et idéalement situé pour profiter à la fois du côté culturel, touristique et fêtard de la côte Est de l’île. 3 chambres dont 2 avec salle de bain privative quel luxe !! Proche du bus, des magasins d’alimentation mais également des ferrys pour la valette. Idéal en saison ou hors saison. Attention cependant : si vous louez une voiture, les emplacements sont limités. Et en haute saison cela risque d’être compliqué. Autrement rien à dire vraiment ! Nous recommandons ce logement pour des vacances en familles ou entre amis !

Very beautiful house at the beach. We had everything we needed, separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Nice outdoor area with barbecue and table tennis. The beach was wonderful, not a lot of people and very clear water. No rocks, a perfect spot for a vacation with little kids.

Wir waren zu Viert (2 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene) in Pinos Ferienwohnung „Urano“ und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Pino ist ein hilfsbereiter und sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der immer gut erreichbar ist und uns bei der Ankunft sogar sehr spät abends empfangen hat. Der große Garten mit dem schönen Zitronenbaum hat uns allen gut gefallen. Da er zu allen Seiten geschlossen ist, ist er besonders für kleine Kinder toll. Danke für alles, Pino!

Santi has a wonderful upscale apartment, in a terrific location, and he offers it with great hospitality and genuine care and attention for your benefit. The decor, fittings, furniture and kitchen equipment are all new and very good quality, the 180 degree view of Ortigia and the bay of Syracuse from the decks and wall to wall glass windows is awesome day and night, the neighborhood is quiet, the building secure, and there’s plenty of space to park out front on the street at any time. Santi was very kind in helping us with our heavy bags up the steep stairs and for sharing plenty of tips and advice for the area. Ortigia, 20 minutes away, was a delight, full of Baroque charm and character, amazing buildings and architecture, and buzzing with streetlife, restaurants and cafes. Late April was the perfect time to be there. Thanks Santi!

Ein fein ausgebautes altes Bauernhaus. Mir war nicht klar, dass wir im alten, hohen Gewölbe einer antiken Olivenpress-Werkstätte essen würden. Die Sicht durch den gläsernen Küchenboden auf die Geschichte vor dem aktuellen Haus ist eine Wucht. Der Garten ist toll. Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber und auch bei seinem Nachbarn sehr beliebt. Wie freuten uns sehr ihn und seine Eltern kennenzulernen.

We felt really comfortable in this apartment from the start. It’s clean, modern, and has everything you need. The AC in every room was a big plus, and there are TVs in the two main bedrooms. The location is excellent, close to the sea and a nice walking area, plus a big supermarket (very practical). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, from simple fast food to high-end places near the Hilton and Portomaso, only a short walk away. Andrea recommended Odyssey a flying theatre experience in the shopping centre next door. It was surprisingly good for kids and adults. You can also go up to the 32nd floor for a great view and a cocktail. If you don’t feel like going to the beach or if it’s too cold, there’s a heated pool open year-round, about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi. Even though the apartment is so central, it’s on a quiet street. Everything was easy and well-organized, and Andrea was a great host. If we come back to Malta, we’d book this place again.
