I loved staying here. It’s was the perfect little couples getaway. The jacuzzi tub was the best thing I’ve ever experienced and the water never turned cold! 😍The room was cozy and had homey, antique decorations. The bed quilt is a little scratchy and the bed was a little lack luster, but those don’t really impact how I feel about this place because we really enjoyed it. It’s about 15 minutes from town and down some windy roads, but we loved the adventurous rides. You can tell the owners value their space. I would 100% come back.

The house was very accommodating for a group such as ours consisting of 1/2 adults and 1/2 children. The grounds had many amenities, the interior was super comfortable and beautifully decorated; the fishing was fantastic, the grandchildren loved the fishing and rowing. Plenty of canoes, outdoor games, activities, etc. These memories will last them forever. The view from the upper deck was very beautiful, morning or late afternoon, it was very peaceful. A small quiet community of people surrounds this lake, there is one minor caveat for those sensitive to highway noise which is unfortunate for this community; But honestly, you could not hear it inside the house, only if one was outside and we learned to block it and move on. I was able to hear birds singing so it isn’t that of a deal unless you seek greater isolation. Hope this honest review is accepted constructively. All in all we had a lovely time. Our family of three loved our reset at The A @ Dyson Pond. Whitney kept everything spotless—bathrooms gleaming—and the kitchen was so well stocked we cooked every meal with ease. Different types of coffee was available. A basket of toys greeted our 14-month-old and let us pack light. Whitney responded to our messages quickly. We didn’t need to ask tips, yet her list of local tips was waiting if we’d needed it. Mostly we stayed put—wandering the quiet, private grounds, letting the baby play on the grass, and admiring the nearby farms. It was exactly the low-key downtime we wanted. Tech comforts helped: fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV for cartoons, and flawless T-Mobile reception in an area where cell service is often hit-or-miss. The cabin itself is wonderfully cozy with warm wood touches. Note: the bedroom receives bright morning sun—ideal for early risers, though night owls may want a sleep mask. We left refreshed and already plan to return. Thank you, Whitney.

This was the perfect place to stay for a quiet weekend getaway! The view out back was absolutely beautiful! Darcy was super helpful every step of the way! We are already talking about our next trip back here!

This place was the perfect stay in Scranton. Only 1 mile from where I was working downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood that made it easy to unwind at the end of my days. It was very clean (a must) with all the amenities one would need, and check-in/out instructions were prompt and clear.

My girlfriend and I liked the house as soon as we saw the picture. Upon arrival, there was plenty of parking and we were able to use the driveway to unload our belongings. Rob’s instructions were great. The apt was funky-cute, clean and quiet. Close to everything! Good choice for 1 or 2 people.

Spent the weekend here and it was beautiful and amazing !!! it was just what me and my partner needed !!! great host... got to meet them and they were wonderful people ....set the fire alarm off but it happens often thank God lol I would recommend booking this place

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jules was a great and responsive hosts with many wonderful recommendations in the area. Very cozy backyard/porch as well. Street parking was great too! Definitely would recommend!
