You get the whole house & property to yourself. The hot tub is a perfect spot for Stargazing on a clear night !! We have deer and turkeys that visit frequently. A newly built master bedroom overlooks the pond! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !

The Cottage at Grovedale

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. From APPROXIMATELY December 1 - March 1, the property is home to a full size sheet of ice. The rink and farm are featured in the 2022 Bauer Hockey holiday catalog. Be sure to bring your skates! A travelling massage therapist may be available for private bookings with a few days notice.

Spend family time in the living space and loft. Sit on the porch and enjoy listening to the creek while grilling. WIFI included Worlds End State Park & Ricketts Glenn State Park are both located within 20 minute drive
