#1101 Cartwright - Chic Downtown Apartment

Experience city life at its most vibrant in this centrally-located, boutique corner apartment. Walk to nearby restaurants, museums, and galleries, or relax above the downtown din surrounded by skyline views. This spacious apartment offers everything - a stylish space, spectacular views, fast wifi, daily housekeeping, secure garage parking, Netflix, access to a gym and pool. 24/7 front desk and security means to accommodate late check ins. Apartment offers; Air-conditioning/hearting, free and fast wifi, cable TV, free access to swimming pool and gym on 4th floor, free underground parking and 24hr security and front desk. Suitable for two or three people, the apartment has recently been renovated and has beautiful finishes. The bathroom has both a hot tub and shower, toiletries are provided together with plenty of good quality towels and a hairdryer. The king sized bed is dressed in quality linen and offers a comfortable nights rest. Extensive wardrobe space for unpacking. This is the perfect choice for your holiday or business stay. 24hr check in. Key and garage remote to be collected from front desk secure underground parking free access to indoor pool and gym On the day of your arrival the keys will be ready for you to collect anytime from 2pm onwards. Keys will be left in the post box 1101 at reception desk. On the bunch of keys is a garage remote. The entrance to underground garage is on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building - first set of black roller doors - drive up ramp and slightly to the right is parking bay C2. Please only park in this bay. Located in the city centre, this is a vibrant area and the ideal place to base yourself to explore Cape Town's major attractions! The V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, CTICC, and Museums are all a short drive away. There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. My City bus terminal and taxi rank right outside Cartwright building. I like to meet my guests if this is at all possible. I live in the same building (a few floors up) but if you are unsure of your arrival time the keys to the apartment can be found in the post box 1101 located at the reception desk. Upon arrival ask them to get them from the box for you. If you have a car secure and designated parking can be reached by entering the underground parking garage on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building. Enter at the first set of black roller doors-drive up ramp and bay C2 is slightly to the right. Also on the bunch of keys is a white credit card. Scan this in the elevator to reach the 11th floor. Romantic Cape Town Cottage with Mountain Views

This stand alone cottage on our private property is located in the Bishopscourt area of the Western Cape. The cottage is an open plan lounge,bedroom with two big verandas, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a shower and bath that opens out to a very private balcony with sun loungers and an outside shower. With magnificent views of the mountain and terrains, one can fully unwind and relax in this more than spacious cottage. This private cottage will be all yours during your stay. There are multiple lounging areas inside and outside the cottage. Our long serving housekeeper, Maks, will be there to look after you and make sure you always have what you need.She cleans and does the washing daily except on a Sunday. Located within walking distance to many stunning hikes, walking routes, mountain biking, and cycling routes. There are many places nearby that you can rent bikes and there is ample storage at the house for bikes to be stored. There is ample and secure parking on our property for the vehicle you bring along for your stay. I am usually here and am very happy to help with advice at all times. This home is in a quiet residential area with beautiful houses and leafy streets. Close to the botanical gardens and near the city. Uber Available.Safe parking on the grounds of the property. No need for Air Conditioning units as the mountain air in the mornings and evenings will be cool and crisp all year long. There is a ceiling fan, if you need additional cooling. Towels,beach towels,picnic basket all available at the cottage. The space is about 60sqm +

Renovated 1930s Townhouse with Rooftop Deck

Find space to recharge in an minimalist custom design historic home. Rejuvenate the senses in an aesthetically soothing space with a monochrome theme, a blend of contemporary and classic finishes, original art throughout, and mountain views. The sublime architecture of the house makes this space unique and extremely pleasant to live. The area is super safe and full of awesome restaurants and bars. The square is one of the nicest downtown and it is in an heritage area. The house is also very secure, with alarm, secure gates etc. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, not inside the loft. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Mountain walks from the premises and restaurants down the road . Remote gates through to secure parking for only one car Fully serviced flat which is part of a bigger house , please note there are dogs on these premises Newlands is a natural gem. It's close to beautiful mountain walks, great restaurants, and supermarkets. It is centrally located and an easy drive either to the southern suburbs or the Atlantic seaboard. Uber is usually a couple of minutes away - very easy access to different parts around Cape Town we have a Nespresso Machine and Laundry service if needed

Practically the best location in Green Point, Cape Town. Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment, with outside patio & lovely blue swimming pool to cool off in on those hot summer days. Amazing Space

The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

The Treehouse - location, views and luxury

Nestled amidst treetops on the slopes of Signal Hill, braai on the deck or curl up on the couch in front of the log-fired stove and soak in views of Table Mountain. Cozy living in a boutique heritage Woodstock home

Modern living in this neat Pinterest style home in upper woodstock. The two cozy bedrooms are bright and have a queen and a double sized bed and workspace areas.
