We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Located on the top floor, with a view of downtown, our 450 square foot condo is steps away from the heart of downtown Stratford and all it has to offer including cozy coffee shops, elegant restaurants, the Avon Theatre, close to the famous Stratford festival, and other shops for all to enjoy. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or to enjoy as friends travelling together. Our condo offers all the essentials including a luxurious queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, a 55” smart TV and ensuite laundry.

It's located on the banks of the Grand River in Parisar the hum of the river from your suite. Great shops, restaurants and outdoor adventures are a short walk away.

In the winter months you can also bring your ice skates and enjoy skating on the lake and then coming inside for a hot drink by the propane fireplace.
