The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge (no access to neighbours jetties). Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. A perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Renovated with two rooms, a modern bathroom & new kitchenette. We are in a quiet parkland setting. Wake up to the native birds and rustle of the gum trees. Go for a walk around the lake, play or picnic in the park and go for a fish. Indoor dogs accepted on request. Whilst adjacent to the Lake, the Studio has limited views of the lake.
