The Lakeside Cottage

A slow stay in a sleepy beach town. A perfectly imperfect little cottage located in a stunning beachside location. Equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Minutes walk to the local beaches and the lake (with playground and barbecues). A lovely large backyard, with shaded areas and fruit trees growing along the fence line. Forage for fruit and enjoy juicy mandarins! A warm outdoor shower and internet. *Internet may be slow and reception poor during busy times.

The Dairy sits within approximately 9 acres of beautiful ,private gardens on a 29 acre property . The one bedroom cottage is light and bright with a small kitchen, a wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and gas heating. Pa's Place

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
