A wet-weather creek is just behind the house, with a rock bluff and fire pit. There is a foos ball table and massage chair for your enjoyment after a day of hiking. The Hideaway is located 3 miles from Carver Landing. You'll be within easy access to SO MANY gorgeous places, including the national park. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Enjoy this cozy cabin nestled in the heart of the Ozarks. With a view of Lost Valley and beyond, the front porch is a nice place to relax and unwind! With a full kitchen, fire pit, horseshoe pit, charcoal grill, and more we wish you to be able to vacation deliberately, comfortably, and affordably! Please hit us up with any questions and thank you! We do have Pyrenees dogs who watch over the farm, they are harmless and just part of the landscape. Firewood for sale, 5$ an arm load!

Papa Bear Cabin at Serenity Campground

Come and enjoy the nature of the Ozarks. We are located at the north end of scenic Highway 23 (Pig Trail). Come and float some of the best rafting in the Ozarks. Mill Creek OHV Trails and over 100's of miles of riding opportunity are 2.4 miles from the cabin. We are just a few feet from the Ozark National Forest with plenty of hunting and outdoor excursions available. The Cabin is 5 miles from a trail head of the Ozark Highland Trail. Many other scenic trails are nearby!
