This apartment has 1 double bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle. A full bath with tub and full kitchen. Attached to garage. This is on a working horse ranch and we do have stalls for board and a full RV with 35 amp If needing a place to lay over. We do not have horses to ride because this is a private training facility. We have dogs, chickens and horses and there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. 12 miles W of Denton and 12 miles E of Decatur. DFW is about a 45 min drive.

The party deck, large dock with swim platform, outdoor cooking area, and fire pit makes this the perfect place to entertain or just get away. There were no details missed on this new build. This home sits in a nice size cove on the North End of the lake.
