It has 3 double bedrooms (one king and two queen) all with an ensuite + a fourth separate sleeping area with two sofa beds, one twin and one full + one of the three living rooms has a twin ottoman bed, too. We also have two travel cribs and a folding toddler bed that can be placed in any bedroom.
