This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Bathroom has a tub/ shower and is set up for all your needs. This Rustic Ranch is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, Sheppard Air Force.

Enjoy a cozy living space, and fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to explore, swim, kayak, or relax by the lake. The highlight, however, is the expansive deck that opens up to stunning views, allowing you to start your day with a cup of coffee in the crisp morning air or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

B4 Hideaway is a cozy house nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Bridgeport, TX. The party deck, large dock with swim platform, outdoor cooking area, and fire pit makes this the perfect place to entertain or just get away. There were no details missed on this new build. The spacious 2 bedrooms below and a large loft upstairs makes for plenty of space to enjoy. With kayaks and a pedal boat on site, there is lots of fun to have out on the water.
