Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood! We loved the woods in the backyard and the back porch was the place to be! The house was just as it was described and the pictures were exactly what we experienced. Matthew was a great host and replied quickly to my questions. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Owners were very responsive. It's actually a trailer but it was clean and nice. I didn't realize there was a campground in the back yard, but they were approximately 100 yards away, and quiet. There are chickens roaming freely but very friendly.

Great place very clean and so many family games. Absolutely loved staying here. The Host Wade was awesome and very understanding. I have kids with grandkids so my bundle is big. He made sure our stay was comfortable. Will be back in the near future! Thanks Wade!

My kids and I went for the weekend and honestly wished we had a couple days longer to stay. The house was welcoming and the host made sure to leave lights on and doors open for us to get in with ease. Randy was extremely easy to work with. The lake was nice and the boat rental process was quite convenient…there was even a tube for a fantastic tubing experience! I’d recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for our family visiting Savage Gulf hiking trails to honor the memory of my husband and father of my kids. There was plenty of space for us all to hang out and visit but also plenty of rooms for each of us to have privacy too. The dogwood and redbud trees were in bloom and they are beautiful!!

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed home nestled in the lush trees in quiet Tim's Ford Lake neighborhood. Spacious great room w/open dining room surrounded by glass. A well-stocked kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. It's always appreciated for the weary travelers. The screened outdoor porch with gas fireplace and large TV is pure heaven. Matt is a gem, too. You'll be pleased all the way around--a wonderful experience.

I loved that the neighborhood was peaceful, beautiful & surrounded by a stunning lake. Every morning we would open the crank windows in the primary bedroom to get an unobstructed view of the lake & trees. The neighborhood was private during the weekdays. A diverse group of families move into the neighborhood towards the weekend. It's actually quite lovely to see the small children from the different homes playing together while the adults gather on front porches & around patio fireplaces. I liked that the home has lots of windows that let in sunlight. The bathrooms were pristine & the beds were comfortable. I adored the are barn doors in the home that complement the natural surroundings of the lakeside community. There was a cabinet full of boardgames. They provided plenty cookware, dishes & toiletries. The 4 kayaks that come with the rental were just enough for my spouse, 2 sons & myself. They also provided life vests. Twin Creeks marina is 5 minutes away & Walmart is 8 minutes away

Our stay here was perfect. The house was great for a group of friends to stay while seeing a show at The Caverns. The host was responsive and very helpful.

Thank you Emily for letting us book your Airbnb. Your property was amazing & perfect for a relaxing Easter weekend with my husband & adult sons. Very clean and inviting. The kitchen was excellent to cook in and well supplied. We gathered at the island for meals & sat on the patio with the gas/wood fire fireplace at night. In a gated community & only a few miles from the marina! It was just perfect! Thanks again!

Absolutely awesome location and home. kitchen is absolutely awesome and has all you need. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft bedroom that is right outside another bedroom. So plenty of private spaces for guests to be at alone or in the commons spaces. Outside there is the front patio with rockers, a fire pit and chairs around that, a table and chairs and then the loungers around the pool. So much space to spread out in. One of the neighbors is out daughter's advisor at Sewanee, so that was really neat. Easy access to both Winchester and Mont Eagle. No issues at all, and hosts replied very quickly with questions we did have and checked on us also. Definitely will return!

We really enjoyed Korina’s place. It was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you may need. Beautiful private neighborhood sitting on the lake. Korina was a great accommodating host. Recommend it highly!

We ended up staying in the upper cottage, and it was fabulous! The large windows let in beautiful natural light with gorgeous views. The vaulted ceilings made everything feel really airy and spacious. Carla and co-host Kelly responded well to messaging, and were so generous with a late checkout. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in! I look forward to going back!

Great weekend stay in this tiny house. Beautiful surroundings (woods without other dwellings in sight from porch). Owner was quick to respond and home was well put together for what it was. Would happily come back anytime of year.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this lovely apartment. Both times I felt right at home. The space has everything you need to be comfortable during your time on the mountain. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient spot to stay on campus. It is so nice to have Amenities like a full kitchen and washer and dryer too!

Wonderful host and location. Booked last minute and host was extremely responsive and quickly made sure booking was ready for our arrival. This is a fantastic home, everything is high quality and very well thought out. It’s in a quiet private community with easy access to plenty of great local attractions and restaurants. We did not take advantage of the included boat slip this time, but definitely will when we stay here again.

My family and I chose to get out and spend some time outside during spring break this year. I couldn’t have asked for a better place! Robert was very easy going and very responsive, even a few times when we lost our way around.. he picked right up and was very helpful! I would recommend this stay to anyone! Great people and great place to spend family time!
