We had a great time for a short weekend get away. close to the beach, there is a little mart and bar just around the corner(walking distance)

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The place was super clean — honestly one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in — and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to that scenery every morning was such a treat. Communication with Evolve was great too. They were quick to respond and made everything really easy from booking to check-out. One small downside: there were Ring cameras in the backyard, which felt a little intrusive. It would be much better without them so guests can fully relax and enjoy the space. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. Also, a tip — book directly through Evolve instead of Airbnb if you can, it will save you $. Sadly this is probably the last rental I will book through Airbnb due to the cofounder’s political agenda with the trump regime and doge. Vote with your dollars!

What a beautiful and comfortable home with a spectacular view of the ocean! The master bedroom has a dreamy view to wake up to. The kitchen has abundant supplies and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend!

What a memorable time we had on our first visit to Florence, Oregon. And Kelly’s property certainly added to our wonderful time in this lovely town. Great one-nighter in Florence Oregon! One block from the ocean- super cute tiny-home! Clean, comfortable and thoughtful touches (creamer for coffee) and to-go cups to take our coffee to the beach. Definitely would recommend.

Michelle thought of everything! It’s a small space but it had everything you needed, it was perfect! The bathroom and linens were high end. We were so comfortable! We enjoyed our walks on the beach just outside the house. Thanks for sharing your beach cottage.

Exactly what we needed! Beautiful view of the Umpqua River and fall colors. The dome was so cozy and we really enjoyed having the wood stove. Hosts were kind and attentive. Looking forward to staying here again.

This is maybe the most special AirBnB I have ever stayed at. Every little detail has been attended to. We had a teeny little wedding ceremony here and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a small group. Books, art supplies, toiletries, and ingredients galore! We didn’t need half of what we brought. The view is epic. The indoor plants are enchanting. The beds are insanely hard to get out of. Everyone slept well. We are already trying to find an occasion to come back!! Thank you Heather 🙏🙏

Very cozy and adorable and the view couldn't be beat! We loved the octopus theme and accents and enjoyed the VHS collection at night. It was great being so close to the beach and when not on the beach, we enjoyed the excellent beach views from the living room and the rocking chairs on the deck. We would definitely return in the future!

This was our third trip to this wonderful little spot. Very cozy and relaxing, responsive hosts. Don’t expect modern, but do expect squeaky clean and comfy.

We had the best stay at the beach house. The moment we pulled up just as the sun was setting behind the lighthouse we knew we were going to have special visit. We are roadschoolers.. meaning my home schooled some learns on the road inspired by the area we are visiting. This location was perfect.. the tide pools below were teeming with life. Just be mindful to check the tide schedule :) we toured Umpqua Lighthouse (in Winchester) as well as the coast guard museum.. so knowledgable and also very reasonably priced. The guide also helped us look on the horizon and spot migrating whales :) We did visit the redwoods one day.. a 2.5 hour drive south, chartered a fishing trip and visited the Charleston Marine Center. Dinner at the Hilltop Grill was also treat! We cannot thank Michael enough for his hospitality and was a pleasure to meet him! We are already planning return trip!

My son graduated from U of O and we came from out of town and needed a place to stay after his graduation. The hotels in Eugene were really high, so I rented this beautiful home for my family. It was big enough to accommodate us comfortably!! We all loved it so much! Beds were comfortable and the house was well layed out for all of us to enjoy. This house has lots of updates, looks better than the photos listed. The deck was a wonderful place to watch the sunset! I know my daughter and I want too come back next year!

The location is incredible. It can’t be beat, especially when the trip is centered around golfing Sheep Ranch. It was cool to be able to wave at my husband when they were at the hole adjacent to the property. The views are spectacular. We didn’t turn on the TV once because looking outside through the big windows was all we needed. We had two kiddos and two dogs, with 4 adults, and the house offered so much room to hold all that energy. Having a full size stove was perfect to prepare cozy meals throughout our stay. Last but definitely not least, Sam is super responsive and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend a stay at this property. We loved it so much, we’re coming back before the end of the year, booking our next stay while we were still there!

The home was amazing with beautiful views of the ocean. Lots of room for our entire family to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking meals. The kids loved the downstairs tv/game room area. It was nice having Fred Meyer 3 miles away for the last minute items we forgot. Our host was quick and responsive during our stay and made some great local recommendations. We will definitely stay again!! Thank you.

We were extremely pleased by the cleanliness of this rental! We were especially grateful that they seem to use fragrance-free detergent for their linens and don’t have plug-in wall deodorizers! Our family is sensitive to these artificial perfumes and fragrances, so we enjoyed our stay EXTRA because of the thoughtful choice they make for their cleaning products. This property seems to be managed very well, and we’d welcome the chance to visit again. The view of the ocean was impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to a beautiful and secluded beach. The kitchen is well stocked for serious cooks (including things like a large roasting pan, at least in the Eagle unit). The grounds and landscaping around each unit at the Oregon House are carefully maintained and beautiful. Thank you for your excellent attention to detail with this rental! We’re were SO THANKFUL to stay in a rental that uses fragrance-free detergent!

The location of the house is absolutely, unbeatably beautiful. The ocean views are breathtaking. And it’s an easy walk down to a very private beach. It’s a short drive to the resort, restaurants, and an easy jaunt over to Bandon or Coos Bay. Yet, the house itself is in a private location. The house is great, and exactly as described. Absolutely loved the location and hope to book again!
