You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? This house is 1300 sf, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, eat-in kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, 2 burner hotplate, microwave and plenty of dishes and utensils. This cottage is attached to another house, so please note that the other side might be rented. Each unit has separate entrances and separate driveways, but always keep in mind that after 11pm, it should be quiet and peaceful.
