What an amazing stay !!! The property itself was impeccably clean ! The surrounding landscaping and trees are absolutely stunning and beautiful to look at ! Matt and Steph were just amazing hosts !! They went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time at their property . We were extremely blessed to have stayed there and I absolutely highly recommend anyone to book this stay ! Stayed here for a quick shopping trip & absolutely loved it. Robin & his team are professional, kind & very responsive. We stayed in the gate house. The grounds are gorgeous & peaceful. There was a band using the upstairs studio during our stay and you can hear the muffled sound in your area but it was fine. I guess some people might not like that, but we rather enjoyed it. Also, Robin was kind enough to give us a studio tour which was very interesting. We look forward to returning.

Edy and her husband were wonderful! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodations were perfect for our long weekend get-a-way. Close to restaurants, hiking, parks and distilleries. We especially enjoyed sitting on their beautiful back patio with a glass of wine and a book. Edy and her husband are one of the most hospitable hosts we've ever had. We can't wait to come back!

We would stay again. Fun to be right on Main Street in Franklin, so much to do and great restaurants. We love Bicentennial Park, ran along the Harpeth Rive. Saffire at The Factory had great food and service, supreme bartender, Derek Batt. Travis was a great host.

Nice place to stay, enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, we had a severe storm/tornado warning on our last night. Judy kept us informed and it was a very safe space to stay with no worries, except for hearing the sirens warning system going off! Thanks again for a great stay. Gary and Janice

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the Franklin area. Downtown Franklin is a 20 minute walk to beautiful shops and restaurants. The house was really pretty inside with comfortable beds and great amenities; however the backyard was unkept and uninviting. We liked the cottage and location, and would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and met our needs while away. Lovely home and neighborhood.

Loved our stay! Clean, super comfortable beds, wonderful location close to downtown Franklin! Cute little swing thing in the backyard for kids. Great kitchen if you are cooking. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great location if you’re visiting Nashville or even the town of Franklin. Easy access to either town. Franklin has a lot of civil war, history, and great restaurants and shops and we were only about 30 minutes from Nashville. Lots of great places to eat very close by.

We really enjoyed our extended stay at Dollys Digs! House is very spacious and has all amenities needed! Easy to downtown Franklin and restaurants! Susan was very helped and friendly!

We were in town to visit our first grandchild. We brought extended family with us. The house met our needs perfectly and Casey was a kind host.

Really enjoyed our stay. We didn't want to stay in a hotel, but couldn't find anything affordable the area without having to stay in Nashville. The condo was close to the church we wanted to attend on Easter and also to Nashville for sightseeing. Check-in and out was very easy and there were great instructions for tv use. The fixtures in the bathroom was and appliances in the kitchen appear recently installed, even if the complex itself is slightly dated. Definitely a great place to stay if you are have a smaller family like ours (3 of us) and are looking for a nice place to stay in the Franklin area without breaking the bank.

The easiest 5-star review I could give! I had a 3-month internship in Nashville, so I needed a short-term stay for myself and two roommates for the duration of my internship...and this couldn't have been more perfect for us. From the start, our host, Janet was incredibly warm and helpful, answering any questions we had about our lease (and giving wonderful recommendations). Check-in was super simple, and this condo felt like home immediately. It was spacious but still cozy, and had everything we could imagine needing. Over the entire stay, Janet was always very easy to reach and, as always, super helpful and gracious with anything that came up. I couldn't recommend this stay - or Janet, as a host - more!
